I thought I had ordered something but when I checked my order status, it said I hadn't ordered and I could not seem to e-mail or phone anyone to see what happened

I've ordered twice from Galapagos Boutique, but I haven't had positive experiences. Their prices are great---usually the lowest that I can find, but the first time I ordered, the item wasn't available (even though the website said that it was) and it took over a month for it to be delivered. Galapagos Boutique sent out a mass email to about 30 customers who had ordered the same product to let us know about the delay, but they did not hide our email addresses so they were all visible to everyone who received the email---I (and other people on the list) thought that this was a very unprofessional thing to do. My second order came within a reasonable amount of time, but I wanted to return one of the items. I sent them an email to get an authorization number (as per their instructions) and have sent 2 more emails over the the course of a month but still haven't received an authorization number. It's been a frustrating experience to try to deal with them, and I'm not sure if I would order from them again.

My shopping experience was good. I do wish the shipping process was quicker. I am not all that satisfied with the product, but that has nothing to do with Galapagos Boutique. It is because of the fit of the product. I would use this merchant again.

Easy to use sight, good pricing but would have liked the option of returns on merchandise that is on sale. Appreciated the email informing me that they were really busy and the order would take a few days longer than expected and the email of when my order had been sent.

I recieved an email confirming the order and within 3 days i recieved the product. Online it specified that this might take 7-10 days and it was a lot faster

Galapagos Boutique had an easy to understand site layout. Products prices and speed of delivery was excellent. Boutique has a toll free number for any problems.
