Ordered Game on Dec 9th with three day shiping. The 15th, thats 6 days later, they ask me to confirm my shipping address. I send confirmation on the 17th. It's the 24th no game no contact. This is all with 3 day shipping.

GameExpress.com has always been very professional with fast (less than 10 days), protective (bubble-packed), and reasonably priced shipping. No tax for outside New York customers is a big plus and their accessories I find are usually well discounted with domestic games often discounted around 10%. They even have some import games and systems. All new.

I've never had a bad experience with purchasing from them and can see the care they bring to my orders. I bought my PS2 from them and it came without a scratch. They're call support is down-to-earth and answered by actual employees who can look up inventory more directly. E-mail is the same. I highly recommend ordering from them for a discounted reliable alternative for ala carte games.

But if you want bonus items go back to GameStop and EB Games. ;)
