boots had to be exchanged for a different size exchange process was not good it took a while to find out how and the boots have been returned on may 14 and signed for today is may 30 and i have had no reply or info on the exvchange i am kinda in the dark as to where my boots are

My foot would not go into the shoe. It is a pull on with a finger strap at the top of the arch and at the back of the heel, but there was not enough stretch to fit the arch of my foot in the shoe. Very frustrating because the other aspects of the shoe made it seem like the shoe I was looking for.

I ordered 2 pair of boots on Sept. 8 2008 and had them shipped 2 day air. I did not receive a tracking number. One Pair came with in 5 days. The second pair I had to continually call on and finally received them with in 3 weeks.I was not refunded any of my shipping charges. I was very unhappy with the customer service.

Everything was smooth. Boots were exactly like the site pictures. One pair was discontinued and they notified me and credited my account immediately. Very nice outfit!!

Everything went well, however I ordered the wrong size, width and the wrong boot. I sent back to you and have placed another order. I have received confirmation of my second order. My experience was a good one, except for the young lady I spoke with at the 800 number. She explained to me that all I had to do is go on the computer and print a form and then return the item. My only problem was my printer was on the blink. I had to write out the information on the sheet, but that wasn't a big problem. Overall my experience was a good one.

I'd probably have to reconsider the shipping options, the standard shipping took a very long time. Order processing notified me quickly , however, actually receiving the product took a very long time. I'm in Florida........not that far really......but I had overall a good experience, the product is just outstanding and buying it locally is highway robbery, so I'd go to Georgia Boot again. Thanks for asking.......

I was never supplied with a tracking number. I had to call customer service to find out the tracking number. It would have been nice to get that with the receipt.

Boots delivered with two different widths. Returned boots and requested the next pair to be the same width as the widest boot in the first delivery. Did not happen. Excepting order as a loss. Also, made three phone calls investigaging purchase. One represenative not so polite.

I was pleased with the original order other than not receiving an e-mail upon shipment or tracking #. After I returned the original boots for replacement (for size), I was concerned that you received the boots or acknowledged that you had re-shipped the new size.
