Went to order clubs that the web site said they had in stock. Had to call them to find out that it would be at least 3 weeks before they showed up. I cancelled my order. I then had to contact them 4 times to get my credit refunded. They still have not refunded my money. I guess I will have to go through my CC company to get a refund.

Isn’t it great to have those golf clubs you want? Yes! With discount? Great! But what if you’re given a free? That’s even better!
That is what I experienced at Golfio. They have many promos and discounts; they’re just like giving stuffs away! I bought an Adams Idea Tech A4 OS Hybrid Iron Set and got an Adams Insight Tech A4 Hybrid Fairway Wood (for free) and a Callaway Lady Fusion FT-i Driver (460cc) for only $200 (I saved $300). I also purchased an Adidas Tour Traxion II Golf Shoes for only $40. I love it when I get a huge discounts and freebies. It save more for those other equipments I needed. I mean what a bargain! Plus the shipping is fast and I really appreciated that.

My friends and I will always be shopping here and I hope that many of the golfing fans out there will shop here. It is rare to see a shop to have discounts and freebies.

Placed an order which was received promptly.  Two weeks to the day after I received my new irons they sent me an email with new sales in which the irons I purchased were $50.00 less.  I called the customer service # where the representative refused to give me a price adjustment.  Proceed with caution.

What a smooth transaction. My shopping experience with Golfio was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. I had to return a driver, cause I ordered a wrong item that was my mistake, and I was given the return info right away without questions, and I received the credit in my credit card promptly. I really appreciate your prompt deliveries to my Callaway Lady Gems Full Set. I'm very pleased with the quality of service your company provides. But I am quite disappointed on the price because after a couple of days after receiving my order the price has been lower to 100 dollars. I called customer service to inquire; the gentleman explained that I can have a store credit. The customer service rep said he will take care of price correction when I place an order again and send me an email. I bought a Callaway 2008 X-Forged Iron Set and I used the clubs last Sunday and, after a little getting use to, I dropped 10 strokes from my game.  Unbelievable but true.  Your club builders know their stuff and a pleasure doing business with you.

I ordered an electronic golf cart in June of 2008.  The item was back-ordered so I contacted them via email to determine the status and they responded that the product would be available in August and would I still like to keep the order active?  I responded yes but in September, and October and November I wrote again on the status of the item with no reponse.  I then started calling them to receive a refund and to date have phoned three times and been assured that my refund will be processed the date of my call but so far nothing has been posted to my account.  This is not a small item - the cart was $750 and the order has now been outstanding for over 8 months!!!!!

 I would not shop here again
