Over the past few years I have spent a great deal of money with Haband. Generally, their merchandise is well priced and fairly good quality. Their problem is "Gimic Advertising" in the form of mailings about three times a week. Some offer free gifts with order or Free Shipping....they do not tell you that you cannot get s free gift and free shipping at the same time. Usually their free difts are nothing but junk and this time was no different. They sent me the free gift, and charged me for shipping. The free gift was a cheap watch...a piece of chinese crap!! AND it did not work. I dont care how much money you spend with this outfit, their Customer Service dont give a damn....I'm dumping Haband...and they dont give a dam about that either!!!

I ordered shirts that were purchased from Haband for my husband who runs an office, and has to dress the "part" daily.
This buy (I use this term here loosely) is the worst waste of money that I have ever spent. What a rip off. I too wished that I had read the reviews here first. I always wash everything I buy before wearing, so the (3) 2XL shirts were washed first. Well, they will now fit a man that is a medium size not a 2xl as my husband is. Furthermore, the shirts are supposed to be 60% cotton & 40 % polyester - which should not shrink. Before ordering, I checked to make sure they were not 100 % cotton and would shrink. The three shirts which were never worn, and worth $39.00 plus shipping did. I guess you do get what you pay for. The rest of the $90.95 order looks cheap, but at least they fit after washing. The next thing is to get my husband to wear the ones that did not shrink.... |

Poor quality, not true to ad. That sums up my order. The delivery was 2 months after order. I ordered embroidered sheets. They didn't match the ad in regards to embroidery colors. They are made out of the thinest, cheapest material I have ever seen. The best way to describe it is like one of those see through window sheers, they are like the sheers in appearance and texture. Very odd. Buyer beware.

NEVER AGAIN! I have been on the phone with this company and via e-mail responses for 10 days now. The web-site stated FREE SHIPPING, yet I was charged a shipping fee. I first e-mailed to ask why and they told me because I chose free gifts instead of free shipping. Stated I could not have both. I asked them where on the web-site it stated this and they told me it wasn't on the web-site, but it is company policy. I told them NOT to ship my package, yet 6 days later I get an e-mail stating the package was shipped. I will fight the charge with my credit card company and return the package. When I phoned them I was told this was their company policy and they could not do anything but yet I was unable to speak to anyone in the internet department. Supposedly someone will call me back...let's see how long that takes. BEWARE.

I have shopped at the Haband.com on line store twice. Both times I liked what I got, what I paid and pretty much every thing about my experiences. It is definitely a place that I plan on visiting again to shop at. They have a lot to offer their customers

Sold my mother some poor quality clothes and then, without authorization, gave her credit card number to "Privacy Guard", another company with a history of complaints who proceeded to charge her $150.
Stay away from Haband unless you want to spend your time cancelling your credit card and making fraud reports to your credit card company. |

I've been using their website for several years now, and I have likely made over a thousand dollars worth of purchases from them during that time. Generally my experience has been positive, but that is from trial and error and knowing how to "work"

Ordered two mens' sport/dress jackets b/c they were on sale at a good price (if the descriptions were accurate they would be, I should say). Order went through, the package arrived in just over a week. The jackets are not top quality, sure, but seem well

Non-existent customer service. Ships FedEx alleged Smart Mail, then gives a USPS tracking number. Takes a week to ship then tacks on an additional 30 days to track the lost package, which wouldn't have been lost if their system would accept a PO Box(mailing address), rather than only a street address.

Ordered several items at different intervals and not dissatisfied except for low quality. Then a pair of shoes cracked down the sole, letting in moisture. Emailed them twice, no reply. Got instead two "sale" e-mails and a coupon letterbook. Needless to say that if they won't work with me, I'm done buying from them!

Haband are the most disgusting company with which I have had the misfortune of doing business. I placed an order on 16 July was charged 17 July. Their web site said the goods were out of stock and I then called was told they were ready to be shipped that their web site was incorrect and the goods would be shipped shortly(what is shortly???) I called again spoke with someone else who said they were on the truck, so I asked why they had charged me before they shipped and where my email was to inform me they were shipped.I told her to cancel the order as I am going away and she said that is not possible. I told her I would query the charge with American Express and she immediately put me through to a supervisor who said the goods had left last week with USPS. Are these employees told to lie..is this what the pay them for to lie? Is the customer an idiot. Surely they cannot continue insulting the consumers' intellects.I wait and wait and wait and am sure like many others will not see these goods

Beware of hidden charges. I have been a happy Haband shopper for about a year now.The color descriptions are off a little (not always the shade you expect) but overall I have been satisfied. Decent merchandise at a good price. That is not in question. Their marketing practices are in question.While looking at my American Express bill today I noticed a charge for RESERVATIONREWARDS $10.
I called this company and asked them what the charge was for. I was told it was so that I could apply for discount coupons. I told them I had never signed up for this service. They stated at some point during a Haband transaction I supposedly signed up for this service. I was getting charged $10 per month. They said they would gladly cancel my membership, but would not refund the money ($70 at this point) Luckily American Express refunded this amount to me immediately. I will not do business with Haband again because of this deceptive marketing tactic |

In a word: sloooooooooooooow.
very slow to ship orders. got email telling me the merchandise was shipped AFTER I received it. seem to be in business mainly to generate addresses for junk mail. on the other hand, all I ordered was one $2 pair of dress socks (which were average, acceptable quality) and I got 2 LED flashlights for free in the deal. Overall, I'll stick to dealing with better, more responsive online companies in the future. |

I deserve what I got at Haband. I ignored the negative reviews and decided to buy a few birthday gifts there. My adult nephew is in management and likes clothes from Haband for work so, I skipped on over to the site to make a simple purchase.

Horrible experience. Didn't receive order or any notification that it was not coming. Finally rec'd a letter saying the had enclosed my check, but, of course, they did not! Only way to contact is by e-mail, which is unsatisfactory because they are unable to interpret what it is I am saying....like, RETURN MY MONEY. No wonder they do not give you a way to telephone them! This is an example of the most sleazy business practices all wrapped together in one company. Under Customer Service on their website it says, N/A. At least that one thing is honest, there is clearly no such thing as customer service, or any service, from this company. The only things I have received from them are frustration, disappointment, anger, headache, and disgust.

Haband has a good selection of average clothing wear at reasonable prices. Their lower priced items, are lower quality. Many times I checked for my size and they did not have size or color of items listed. Order came as I ordered it, but was extremely slow! Took over 4 weeks from time order was placed. This is ridiculous for an online company! Packing was inferior and items were exposed through tears in packaging. Will probably not order again from this company.

I ordered some boots late in 2005. The order was confirmed but then the online status was slow to update, then not really informative for over a week and the order took a long time to ship (when compared to most other e-businesses).
Material received was correct but the experience was not satisfactory with regard to speed, tracking information and customer service. Organization takes its time with regard to all activities, even responding to inquiries. Now, I'm being inundated with advertising mail despite my request with my order to leave me off any mailing lists. In addition I find that they have an 800 number that is of no "customer service" value other than order tracking. You must pay for a toll call to contact them personally other than to order. I would not use them again due to a lack of real customer service and they fact that they are now filling my mail box with junk mail despite my request to leave me off any mailing lists. |
