I was able to navigate and find what I was looking for easily. I was purchasing hair products that I had not used before and a little more info about the product would be helpful, for instance, the ingredients. Overall a good experience especially when one of my items was not in stock but still managed to arrive a day before everything else. That was great! Excellent customer service on that one!

Exceptionally fast shipping. Have many items that are hard to locate where I live so great to have their service. I liked that there was a special discount on the product and the shipping tracking was excellent. It arrived from UPS on the day it was supposed to.
