Shopping at HF was so much easier than other sites....laid out so well and with lots of details about the product. And the info was right-on about the bed topper. The education I was given was fabulous...and I have passed it on to others. My topper is perfect for my husband and I. We are both side sleepers and have been sleeping so well now. What a smart addition we have made to the process/comfort of our sleep hours. Thanks for making yourselves as providers so available to us for our needs. May you continue always as you were with us. Healthy Foundations:   I liked that there was no answer machine when we ordered, a nice gentleman answered the phone and took our order/information.   I liked the price verses the leading brands of the memory foam mattresses.  Plus the fact that we had read nothing but great reviews about this company.  Well we got our mattress the exact day as promised (ordered on tues. got it on thurs. morning---so GREAT).  It was like air vacuumed sealed, which was a good thing.  Wrapped in heavy plastic and in a heavy cardboard box.  This is good to prevent shipping damage.  First night of sleep was fabulous!  Thank you Healthy Foundations.  I think we made a very good investment!  Just wish we would have bought it sooner, because my husband has back problems, he says after sleeping on the healthy foundations mattress it in just one night, he felt better.  Thank you so much.

This is an amazing product and an amazing company to go with it.  The service was prompt and excellent.  I have had back problems for 3 years and have tried about half a dozen different beds - spending a fortune!  Finally, after sleeping long enough on the HealthyFoundations mattress my back is doing much much better.  Great mattress for a great price.  I highly recommend this bed.

I've never dealt with a more reliable website in my life. I do a lot of shopping online, and their website is fantastic. They don't try to hide anything from their customers. My husband and I have found comparison shopping and reliable consumer ratings on mattresses unreliable and almost non-existent. We stumbed on to the Healthy Foundations web site and were impressed by the strajght forward info and the fact that there are just 2 mattresses to choose from. We ordered the 13" mattress and we are very impressed with the materials, the comfort and the ease of ordering and delivery. I can't imagine ever buying a mattress from a "mattress store" again. We have 3 college age children who will be needing to buy their 1st mattresses soon and now we know where to send them.

most importantly, so far, I love the mattreess pad, it's firm yet soft I was surprised the corners are not rounded and they extend past the rounded edges of the bed--this made putting sheets over it a ltttle tough. Great to sleep on though and I'm hoping this will relieve the lower back pains I've been waking up to

My pad was King size: 78 x 80; therefore, difficult to determine how it was to be placed on the bed. It would have been helpful to have instruction: ie. the fold is to be placed "head to foot". Also, there are no proof of sale papers for my files.

I purchased this mattress after exhaustive research.  It arrived as promised with quick delivery and with each item exactly as I had ordered.  The directions for setup were faultless.  I gave it a fair try but at six months found that it was just not the one for me.  With trepidation, I contacted them about a return.  They were amazing.  The guarantee was honored cheerfully and efficiently.  If you are in the market for a memory foam, do not hesitate to contact Healthy Foundations.  They are a fantastic, honest company, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.  I've forwarded their website to several people I know who are shopping for this type of bed.  Thank you Healthy Foundations for restoring my faith!!

This is a very good website, with excellent description of the products. They were even gracious and fair about assessing the quality of competitors' products. I was astonished that they would even provide a link to another company's site (for latex foam mattresses). There was a clear explanation of each product - great little video clips - and I came away with a clear idea of which mattress would best suit our needs. The mattress came in fine condition. I do admit that MOST people would prefer to have 2 individuals toting the box, unpacking the mattress, and setting it up on the bed. I'm 5'2, and I am definitely no waif. I decided to heave the box up the back stair (using a hand cart) and rolled it down the hall to the bedroom. There I opened it, thinking that I'd have a minute or two to actually get it on the bed before it "reconsituted" itself to its proper dimensions. Well, if you're old enough to remember the old Dick van Dyke episode where Mary Tyler Moore opened the box with the inflatable raft - and it instantly inflated - you get a sense of my predicament! A second person would have been really helpful! Still, I hauled it onto the bed, got the mattress protector and sheets and stuff on, and immediately flopped down - not just to test the mattress but because I was pooped! Long story short: it's great. Very firm and supportive, but with just the right amount of "give" so that when I lie on my side, I don't feel like I need to detach my arms at the shoulder. It doesn't hurt to lie on my side any more. I can actually sleep in our bed all night long, instead of limping out to the living room and propping myself up in the recliner. It's not perfect for sleeping on my back - works well if I place a pillow underneath my knees so my legs don't hyperextend and so my back loses some of its arch. But it's MUCH better than our previous mattress. The quality, price, and service are top notch, and I have already recommended this company to a couple of people.

The 10" memory foam mattress is the best mattress my husband and I have ever slept on.  We have had our mattress for 2 years now and have absolutely no problems.  We were hesitant about buying a mattress on-line as many people are but rest assured that Healthy Foundations has great customer service.  Our mattress arrived just 5 days after our order was processed.  Two people can easily lift and move the mattress when rolled up.  There was no off-gassing or much smell as reported by many competitor brands.  We did let it air out for the recommended amount of time and have had a perfect night's sleep ever since that day.  We don't use a topper but just purchased a nice quality mattress pad from a local retailer.  We also purchased the memory foam pillows and were happy with them as well.   I cannot say this enough - DO NOT spend the extra money for the high priced competitors.  This bed has been one of the best investments we ever made.  We no longer wake up with aches and pains.

I have been in need of a new bed for years.  I was very Leary about buying a bed on-line.  I am so glad I ordered it, despite my fears.  I LOVE it.  The only challenge I have encountered so far is finding sheets to fit an attached topper.  The bed arrived in great condition only a few days after I ordered it.  I was able to position on my frame myself with on trouble at all.  It does take some adapting to the way the foam takes time to reform after movement.  I live in the Pacific Northwest and have my window open all winter so when it was 20F outside my bed was very stiff and comfortable I am concerned it may be soft this summer and hot to sleep in, but I am sure we will adapt to each other. If I outlive my Luxe 13" memory foam mattress I Know where to find another.

Well unfortunately for me the memory foam mattress didn't work for me. I believe it is a high quality mattress, but I suffer from MS and it was just to firm for me and didn't help relieve my pain at night. After trying the bed for awhile I realized this mattress wasn't going to work, so I contacted Brian and he explained how to do the return and once that was completed I received my refund. This is an excellent company and I would recommend doing business with them. They are honest and stand behind their products.
