Ordered item in November. Was advised it would ship 12/15 and be delivered in time for Christmas. Have called multiple times and left messages and NEVER received a call back. Have sent over ten emails and NEVER received a response. Website and voicemail stated that emails and phone calls would be returned within 24 hours. This was a present for my father. I am going to file a dispute with my Credit Card company and a complaint with the BBB. What a complete rip off and disappointment. I will have to start all over with a different merchant and now the surprise is ruined.

This company NEVER has anything in stock!When I did order on line,they didn't tell me my order was not in stock until a week later.I tried to order 2 times before with no luck.No more now.I thought it would be easier to phone in my order,but I got an answer machine saying my call was important so leave a message.3 days later,still no call back.I called & finally got a human,but he was rude & said it's not the companys fault.I would recommend ordering from this company.They never have anything in stock!

Slow Delivery and poor communication. I will never shop with them again. I ordered an item a week before father's day and was told he couldnt guarantee deliver that week probably the next. 3 weeks later the item shipped. Only after requesting an update and then 3 days after he stated he would respond he responded with another 2-3 days before shipment. Brian then gave me a tracking number that didn't even get picked up for 18 more hours. Worst customer service with no acceptance of a credit of any percentage for poor service. Just beware they get their money way before you get your product.

Although I answered yes to question 7, I would need more information prior to making a purchase. I made this purchase on 11/9/06 and as of this date, 12/13/06 it hasn't arrived. I am scheduled to leave on vacation within 3 days and will not be home to accept delivery. If I had known it would take so long, I might have reconsidered the purchase. Thank you for your time.

The counter stools that I ordered were a gift for a family member. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong height. I immediately contacted HomeBarCentral and spoke with Brian Jones. Mr. Jones worked with the factory to receive authorization for return of the incorrect stools and to order the correct height. I am now in the process of shipping the stools back to the factory. Customer service was excellent.

Communication is the key to success. First, I wish I would have known that the pool table lamp was going to be custom made after my order was recieved. Next, I would like to have been notified if the manufacturer was having delays in the production/shipment. Finally, when the order was shipped, no tracking number was added to the log in page. This would have saved us all an additional email. I think if these things would have been done, everything would have been outstanding.
