I received e-mail stating that my purchase would arrive around August 11, almost two weeks ago. It has not arrived. The website for tracking my purchase has no info on this order. When I e-mailed a reply to my order confirmation, I received a failure notice for the e-mail address.

The items were ordered July 8 to an estimated arrival of July 25th. It is now August 6 with no items and no email to explain reason for the delay. I wasn't able to track the package with a tracking no., etc. I'm now on their "list".

I am still waiting for a comforter which was supposed to be received on7/30, it is now 8/5 and my son is going off to college in 2 weeks without the comforter. When I called, I was told it wouldn't be going out until the 15th of August, that this was happening with all the orders and she did not know why. ARE YOU GOING OUT OF BUSINESS? WHY CAN'T I GET MY MERCHANDISE? Maybe a response from you would make my day a little better. Thank you. Lisa Silver

My order is over a month old. I've tried several times to contact the merchant by phone and email. I haven't been able to find out what the status of my order is, if it has been shipped, or when it will arrive. Their customer service machines say "your business is important to us....", but they still haven't answered my inquiries.

WORST Online Shopping Experience!!!

This is the WORST online shopping experience ever! I placed a furniture order on HomeVisions.com over two weeks ago and I still have not heard from them and there's NO expected delivery date! I called customer service and they gave some excuses and said someone will get back to me in two days!! I tried calling customer service again and got an automated response: "Due to an emergency, we are unable to answer your call at this time." OUTRAGEOUS!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Haven't received anything yet. As soon as I ordered, was told everything was on backorder for months. I've been trying to get answers, and it has now been blamed on the flooding in Iowa, however, this started BEFORE the flooding.

I had been looking online for quite some time for a microwave cart that had wheels, top shelf and a drawer that wasn't too expensive but yet sturdy and I found exactly what I was looking for at HomeVisions.com. Although our our shopping experience was intially very good, we did find the items on a different website for substantially less money. (about $100.00 less) When I contacted your customer service department the very curtiously informed me that they could price match. We cancelled our order with you and purchased elsewhere. Your customer service was excellent, however if the prices aren't competitive we will be shopping elsewhere.

I received both items but the bread box was chipped so I sent it back. It turns out I didn't like the bread box with my decor but I liked the cookie jar. All in all it was a good experience and I would shop with you again in the future.
