Everyone was very polite and helpful on the phone-(I had some questions about the door knocker before I ordered it.) I live only about 600 miles from Home Decor, & cannot understand why delivery took 10 days.

Received one of the products broken and not in good conditions but called them and they sent me a new one in perfect conditions and 2 day shipping completeley free. They also told me to keep the other one. It´s the way a seller should react when something goes wrong. I recommend this seller 100%.

The items shipped to me were the wrong items. I'm currently in the process of working with customer service to correct their mistake. I still don't know how to return the wrong items sent, because there was no return label with my order and they have not given me instructions yet on how to return them. I'll be stuck with the return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee due to their mistake. I'm not happy at all that I shopped at this online retailer.

The web ordering page does not show if products are in stock,,,OR NOT!!! After checking the status of the order, i learned that the item would not ship for 1 to 2 weeks. It has been 15 days and still has not shipped.

It was the only place That would order the product from Hickory for me. The product specs were incorrect on their website. After I had not received the product in about two weeks, I sent them an email. The product had not yet been shipped. They said it was shipped the next day. I have not received it yet.

My order took over a month to receive with no notice of delay (promised 1-week delivery, promised notice of delivery status, neither done), only to receive what I thought was a partial order. I received only pulls, not backplates. I had ordered based upon the photograph (the description was undecipherable), but the photograph was inaccurate. So I had to place another order for the backplates which have not yet been received. The lovely woman I reached when calling customer service explained that there was a problem with the manufacturer, but assured me my second order should be more timely. Not yet received. I thought my drawers would have installed pulls 4-6 weeks ago; instead, I continue to wait. I realize that the style I ordered is no longer current, but all I ask is for communication from the vendor about delays and estimated delivery dates--oh, and advertising that is correct, not misleading. Will not use again.

Took them 17 days to ship out my order.  Not receive my order, but just for them to process and ship it out.  That's simply ridiculous.  There are much better options out there by companies who don't sit on your money for 2 1/2 weeks before shipping you the product.

If there was some delay because of products being out of stock or unavailable... it wasn't indicated on their site when I ordered and I received no communication stating that this was the case, as a company who values their customers would do.

Somewhat scary as the dimensions I needed to purchase the item I ordered were incomplete on the website. Luckily, the item I received had the required dimensions.

The actual shopping was easy but there is no tracking number on my order status so it is impossible to self track the order from my computer. And 10-14 business days for delivery is completely unacceptable. While I like the selection at this merchant is is very questionable as to whether I would shop here again due to the long turnaround time.

Horrible service- paid extra for expedited shipping and after several weeks, had to make repeated phone calls to find out where product was. Was promised followup but finally just got an email saying that the item was no longer in production. Refund took too long as well. Buyer beware! This company should not be allowed to do business.

Communication is very poor. I emailed customer service three time with no response. Called customer service and the operator was helpfull and did follow thru. Item was then back ordered until December. Items were oredered in early October.

Order placed on 9/7/2008. Received electronis invoice/purchase receipt. After @ 3 weeks I e-mailed customer service regarding having not yet received my order. As of today, 10/12/2008, I have not heard from customer service or received my order.
