when the black an color cartridsgesa arrived, it wasappaerent that the black one was leaking. So, being a good sport I attempted to install it anyway...A half hour later after much dripping and an attempt to run a test page I had ink all over the printer ,myself, and my wife has doubts that the carpet will ever be completely clean again.. So, I bought a new printere with ink for $40. I think I have learned my lesson about buying stuff online.

I don't like the fact that I must check the cartridge to see if it is actually empty since the empty signal is always displayed.

Since we have started buying toner from Inkjet Superstore we have been able to save 2/3 the cost from our previous local supplier. The only thing I would like to recomend is that the toners would be able to be refurbished again by being able to resend back to the manufacturer as is the non refurbished toners.
