Cartridges wouldn't supply ink. Tried shaking, leaving overnite, turning upside down, re-programming & re-installation. Nothing worked. I consider this a $25 test & learn experience. After testing I learned not to buy ink from this supplier.

when the black an color cartridsgesa arrived, it wasappaerent that the black one was leaking. So, being a good sport I attempted to install it anyway...A half hour later after much dripping and an attempt to run a test page I had ink all over the printer ,myself, and my wife has doubts that the carpet will ever be completely clean again.. So, I bought a new printere with ink for $40. I think I have learned my lesson about buying stuff online.

I don't like the fact that I must check the cartridge to see if it is actually empty since the empty signal is always displayed.
