I just placed my fourth order with IowaInk and have recommended it to my friends and family. The product (generic Hewlett-Packard color ink cartridge) works seamlessly in my HP printer - a good thing because I absolutely refuse to ever buy anything HP again after my experience with their all-in-one. Questions #4,#5 and #6 don't apply. I never had to contact them, they kept me informed to what status the order was at all times thru my email. Which was more than I expected, because they have the order filled in 1 day and sent out to me. Excellent service. I recommend them to all fo my friends.

While my product did not arrive as originally promised the merchant refunded my shipping costs. There was no communication with me that the item had been backordered. This would have been helpful to me. I appreciate the fact that I recieved a refund due to this problem. I would defintely use this company again. Price is excellent and the Quality of the Cartridge has been quite good.

but i wonder whether the yellow ink matches the original which canon uses in its cartridges--yours does not seem so "yellow," containing an orangy tint but the service was excellent--impressed with packaging and especially promptness--
