I had to contact them twice to get the UPS tracking number, however the pkg arrived on time, in excellent condition and their sale prices are some of the best. I recommend Irv's Luggage highly.

I ordeded a backpack, andrecieved a call it was out of stock. Then was redirected back to the web site when i had searched fot the same item elsewhere. On your web site, it showed you were still selling the item. I am really sad I cannot have this backpack for my trip now.

The wallet I purchased arrived well within the expected time. The customer service people I talked to were friendly, willing to help, and if they did not know the answer they did know where to go to get it. The main criticism that I have is that your hours were listed, but you might want to put your time zone (PST, EST, ect). I called once when I thought you would still be open and you weren't.

It was outstanding, fast, and excellent quality. The personalized e-mail makes it more likely that I will make a similar purchase in the future. This may not be soon, as I had to justify this purchase to myself, but I try to support smaller enterprises.

This bag is on back order until July. The web site indicated the bag was in stock. It took 2 days before they called to say the bag was not available until July. If they are going to do business on the web, they should make sure their site is current and accurate! Very frustrating experience.

Not bad for taking a chance with an unknown internet vendor. Goods were not quite as described, but close enough to not make a fuss. Minor damage - bent metal and such, but easily corrected by hand. Packaging for shipment could be better.

I placed an order on 1/29 for a $400 luggage on their website. The order confirmation email states the luggage will ship within 2 business days. A week goes by and i have yet to receive the luggage. I call customer service and they inform me that the luggage is discontinued and therefore can not ship it. Would have been helpful to know up front instead of wasting a week waiting. I'd suggest calling before ordering or try amazon.

The website was fairly easy to use. It appeared that there was a feature to compare products but I was never able to get it to work. I did receive an email with a tracking number but the email did not mention the merchant. It would be helpful for the notice to mention the tracking number was for your purchase made at irvs.com
