I received my new order today at noon. The pendants are stunning. I also pass on JeGem to my friends because they're always the best at gemstones and silver. Highest quality gems and silver as well as designs. These will last forever. I bought a ring,which I shipped to returned on the next day.More than TWO months later, after I threatened to contact Consumer Protection association, i got my money back.It was 150$,finally I got my money back.I am very happy that it is over now, I would never,ever shop from them again.Very incorrect,very insolent,so many lies.I am very happy I am over with them.Beware!That's all.

I bought an emerald ring at the site and had it re-sized for an additional charge only to have the ring break on the forth time I wore it. When I e-mailed them regarding my displeasure I was told they had their specialist look at each ring before sending it and it was approved. I could send them a picture of the ring but they suggest I take it to a silversmith in my area.

I would recommend that anyone that looks at this site to remember that the jewelry is not made in this country and if it breaks sending it back is almost impossible with their low rate customer service.
