I ordered framing supplies back in November that were supposedly in stock (according to the website.) I got an email saying they were on backorder. A month later, Dec. 9, I got an email saying the items had shipped. Today, Feb. 24, a box arrived on my doorstep - it was SOME of the stuff I had ordered. One item was missing, and the items there were not what I had ordered. I tried to get somebody on the phone about it, left a message, even tried to wait for a sales rep (just to talk to a person!) but never succeeded. I have decided to dispute the charges through my credit card. We will see if anything comes of that. I will never be shopping with Jerry's again.

These people also own ASW Express. They share the same warehouse, so what applies to Jerry's also applies to ASW Express. The warehouse has botched every single order I've placed. Their customer service botches everything too. They don't do what the say they are going to do. I've had to ask them to correct the mistakes to my latest order three times and am still waiting for them to correct it. I will never buy from them ever again. They are totally incompetent and are not worth the hassle.

I ordered online, never get any confirmation. After about a week, I call 1-800#, what you can only do is "LEAVE A MESSAGE" and sometime you will get a message "MAIL BOX is FULL". They NEVER RETURN my phone call. I tried to press "0" twice and take you to on hold for 10 minutes and finally, I'm able to talk to a real person. I gave a reasonable amount of days when I ordered, expecting that I would have it by certain time, they want to charged me $$ for faster shipping method. It's their fault not to process my order for a week! I won't go back!! Terrible customer service.

Very poor --- their customer "service" never answers the phone. Expect to be on hold for 10 minutes before getting an operator (which she'll direct you to the customer service voice mail.
Jerry's has a coupon in Drawing magazine, but when you try to redeem it, their system won't take it, although the coupon hasn't expired. The shipping costs are outlandish too. |

Don't ever store your credit card info on their site. I ordered canvas through them, the credit card I gave them for the order was declined because it was a couple dollars short on available credit. Jerrys went into my stored credit card info(which is there for MY use) and used my visa checkcard to charge my order causing a check I wrote to someone else to bounce!!!!!! The woman from the company said "well we just used the credit card that you used for all your other orders!" Duh...if I wanted to use my checkcard then that is the credit card info I would have given you on THAT order. When I contacted them repeatedly about the mounting service charges and their actions they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. There are plenty of other companies out there I will never shop with these dummies again. This just happened and it is 9/08/06 ASW(art supply warehouse) and Jerrysartarama are the same company.Don't buy from either of them. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered silver and pewter colored aluminum frames. The order form was correct so who ever filled the order messed up. All frames sent were pewter. The silver sides were to match sides I already have. I now have useless pewter sides. Jerry's Artarama did NOT return my phone message and they did NOT return my email. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE: They finally answered one of my emails and promptly corrected my order. I am now pleased with the customer service.

This company is the worst!!! Placed order on 11/26/05. No mention that they were out of stock. On 11/28 received email stating they were out of stock on gouches. I called the 1800 number listed, sent to voicemail (THEY HAVE NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!).
