The USPS tracking doesn't give you any info. It just says the shipping info has been received. UPS or FED EX has much better tracking info. It took along time for the package to arrive. I shop a lot on the internet and have received packages within 2-3 days with no additional shipping charge. Maybe they need to change shipping method. The product looks nice-we will see how it holds up.
