Tried buying a harness from them. I guess they had a human error on pricing. They contacted me but would not honor thier advertised price. I think they should have done so. After being contacted and realizing that their was an issue. They proceeded to change item numbers ad say the other item was no longer in stock when thier website said the had 2 in stock on friday! So i dont reccomend this place to anyone!

I've been making purchases from KarstSports for about a year and have had no issues with any of their products. They don't carry everything I've needed, but they do carry a percentage of top items from Petzl, ABC & CMI, however I'm starting to favor the PMI product line for quality and price. One thing I'd like to see are some 'how to' videos which no site I've found hitherto has. The bottom line here is if you like what you see on the Karst site they do deliver on the sale.

This is the second year I have bought from Karst and I had excellent service. The calendars arrived before I expected them. The only problem I have had in the past is that I spent years (literally) looking for this calendar on the web; I just didn't use the right key words to find it. I would think that more people would buy the calendars if the search could be keyed into "cave calendar", "Spelunking calendar", etc. Even companies that sell only calendars could not help me locate your product.

Very straight-forward transaction with quick shipping. I'd love to see more NFPA-rated rescue/climbing gear, particularly the rescue 8 ring, but I was very satisfied with the transaction and will remember Karst Sports for future purchases.

My husband and I are both very pleased with our 40 oz. stainless steel "Kleen Kanteen" water bottles. I like the sport cap and my husband likes the loop cap. The water-flow is excellent, the bottle makes no sounds when I take a drink, and our water stays cold all day. I really love the pink color (my husband likes his "moss green" color). Thank you!

Caving helmet was good quality and paid for itself many times by saving my skull this weekend. The bargain headlight I bought was also excellent grade for its price. Order arrived days before the five business day estimate (ordered it on Friday and it came in Tuesday I believe), so I was pleasantly surprised, and the fact I didn't have to pay shipping was awesome.
