My wife and I ordered a special flatware as a gift for our son and his new wife. We were told by the service rep that since the order would be a special ordered series of items we would have to pay full price before the order could be completed.

My item was never delivered, my phone calls did not go through, my emails were unanswered. Try calling their 1888 number- no one is there! Filed Better Business Bureau complaint and even they could not find anyone to talk to! I got my money back through google checkout- thank god- bc this place is an utter scam.

I would like to take this time to let you know that I am more than pleased with your company. Over the past year, I have made multiple purchases from KLINQ.com. Each time, I compare prices with another major company (which I do not wish to mention the name of). And each time, your prices were better. One may believe that better prices lead to worse service. Anyone with this idea of your company is dead wrong.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I received a xmas gift from a friend through Klinq. I had to return the product because I already owned something similar. I sent it back in January after receiving a return authorization number. It is now June and I have yet to receive any exchange or refund. It is impossible to get a return phone call or email. I've tried calling several times and have been placed on hold for long waits. I would NEVER shop here again.

In early March 2008 I ordered a 5 candle holders from Klinq that were perfect for an important dinner party. The dinner came and went. The order arrived 2 months later in May, minus one of the pieces of the order. Communication with Klinq was difficult and I have yet to receive a refund for the missing piece. Don't buy here.

I placed an order of fondue fork on Dec. 3,
they shipped it on Dec. 6. i received my item on Dec.12. They didn't send the email confirmation of the order. and i didn't register during the purchase, then there was no way to check my order!!!! in spite of very slow handling, i got the wrong item. instead of fondue fork, it was fork rest!! i called the customer service. CS was NOT polite. she insisted that i got the item i ordered. well then, why did i get the fork rest when i clicked on fork picture?? Horrible horrible experience.. stay away~!!! |

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....LEAD CONTENT...BUYER BEWARE!!!
I ordered two bedside carafes (style 106930) by Laura B. (probably any of the "glass" items by Laura B. These arrived with a sticker stating "24% Lead Crystal" upon much research, I believe it is dangerous to store liquids in this item, especially for pregnant or young women. I returned this to the vendor and they refuse to refund my shipping in EITHER DIRECTION because they claim that their product is completely lead-free....seems like they need to look at their product more often! I am disappointed as many other customers appear to be. I must also mention that any time I've tried to call during their business hours, I get a voicemail. |

I ordered an item nineteen days ago, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Customer service isn't returning my e-mails, and the tracking option for my order is conveniently "unavailable" right now. The item was supposed to be in stock, and I wanted to give it as a present. Now it's too late. I will never ever shop here again, and I'll tell everyone I know not to.

I was looking for the perfect fondue set for Christmas, my mother-in-law wanted to purchase it for us for Christmas 06 I gave her the phone number for Klinq.com and she called and ordered it. It did arrive on time, however the stoneware bowl was broke.

Requested that my glasses be monogrammed--they were not. They merely engraved the initials but no monogramming. With their return policy you cannot return anything that was engraved so even though they screwed up I have no recourse. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KLINQ AGAIN!!

The Klinq.com website listed as having 'in stock' a particular mug. I placed the order and 3 weeks later had still not received the mug. I called customer service who said to wait another week. When the mug had not arrived 10 days later, I again called Klinq.com who then told me that the mug was discontinued.
I was disappointed that the website listed the item as 'in stock', but in reality it was not and was actually no longer manufactured. It was irritating that Klinq.com charged me for the item the day I placed the order, but never called me to tell me the item was discontinued. I wonder if they would have kept my money if I hadn't called them. |

This was one of the most pleasant on-line shopping experience I've had! The beer mugs are exactly what I wanted -- delicate and graceful -- you know, feminine beer mugs! They got here within a week. I would certainly order from Klinq.com again.

This store has very poor customer service - with either no response or days before a response. In addition a December 2 order wasn't delivered until December 18. The only resolution was an offer for a 15 percent discount on orders placed before the end of February. I don't buy crystal often enough to take advantage of a discount like that. No offer to expedite shipping or a refund on the shipping costs - no concern for the timing of the gift - that was intended to be given prior to the holidays.
