Generally very helpful stuff, prompt...

Generally very helpful stuff, prompt answers and very good prices (as well as cheap postage which is a very big plus for international buyers). My only nag is from the fact that their inventory does not update in realtime (which I found out when I tried to order a jacket that was out of stock).
If I found something that interests me, I would definitely buy from them again.

Bait & Switch - BEWARE

Everything is "in stock" and will "ship within 5 business days".
That is until you actually place an order and then you'll immediately get an email from Kneedraggers saying how your item is backordered and perhaps you'd like another product instead. Scammers |

I placed an order with Kneedraggers for three items, and received all but the third item, a Fog City visor insert to address cold and humid weather fogging issues. There was nothing in the invoice paperwork stating the status of this item. Their site

After searching the internet high and low, I finally found one place that had the jacket in stock I wanted . I placed my order right away to be sure I didn't miss this one. I chose to pay through paypal and the funds were deducted from my checking

Dont be fooled by the fancy website!

I ordered an adjustable rearset for my SV650. This is what happened:
- Order mysteriously being 'processed' for over a month - After a few inquiries, had to choose a new one - New one ships out - A non-adjustable rearset that looks nothing like the one I ordered arrives - Kneedraggers say that they sent the right one and I should put up with it or send it back I live in New Zealand and postage is really expensive so I don't want to send this one back. I paid for an adjustable rearset and they send me a cheap non-adjustable one. I feel totally ripped off. Are there any consumer rights laws that could apply to me in the states? |

On 7/4, I realized that my chain riveting tool had disappeared. Even if I wanted to try and track one down at a local shop and pay full retail, it was a holiday and the stores were closed. So I looked for the best price from a place that had it in

Bad Customer Service and Innacurrate Site Information

Like many others, I was lured to kneedraggers.com because of their professional looking website. So far, they have been anything but professional. First off, assume that whatever it is you want, they won't have in stock (since they're basically just middlemen anyway). Second when they contact you to tell you they don't have it in stock and to contact them via phone or email to see if you want the order processed or cancelled, CALL THEM. They never check their emails. For three days I replied to the email they sent me stating I would like it processed, and they completely ignore it and send me things such as "This is our second attempt to contact you about order #####. If you want this order processed reply to email etc etc etc." Long story short, call them and confirm. The email they'll never get. If I hadn't already ordered what I did, I would not have ordered it from them. I will also not be going back to kneedraggers.com. My $.02

Good prices, and great customer service

Although Kneedraggers' doesn't have the best prices around, it does have great customers service. Well, this is true for me at least. I had placed an order with them on the weekend, and on Monday they notified me by phone and Email that they were unable to ship out my order because one of my items was out of stock. They ask me if I minded waiting an extra 3 days for the part or if I would like them to cancel the item and have the rest of the order shipped. I chose to wait, and low and behold, my items were shipped as promised three days later.

I was shopping for some items for my bike so I decided to go with Kneedraggers.com. They seem to have a very professional looking site with a very wide selection at competitive prices from other sites. My experience has not been good at all. They first of all contacted me stating that they didn't have the item in stock but had a equal item ready. I stated that I only wanted my item only noticing that the item in stock was higher in price. I told them I wouldn't wait for this item because the local sites had these items as well and would match their price. Magically the item wasn't on back order for such a long time anymore.
It has now been over 2 weeks and I'm still not sure if they shipped my item out. The sales people have been very rude on the phone and straight out lied to me about my order being shipped. This will definetly be the last time I go with kneedraggers.com. I would not suggest them to anyone they seem more inclined on making a quick buck from their customers than giving the satisfactory service. |

Terrible Customer Service

I am an avid motorcycle rider seeking to better my riding experience by purchasing some goodies. (Jardine pipe, front tire, blinkers, power commander, jacket, oil) Like any good consumer you shop around for a good price and service. Well I was looking at kneedraggers.com and thought they had a pretty tight website, so there service must be up there too. I e-mailed them politely with a request to match a price I got from another company. To my surprise I got a very rude response stating that not to e-mail them again and that they didn't have time "Monkey business". Now there was a better way to respond to a request for quote then how they handled it. I understand they can't quote everyone by e-mail, but I was going to placing $1000+ worth of goods.
Overall, from that experience, I would not go to Kneedraggers.com. If they are rude just trying to get a price I wonder how they must be when you need to return something. Hope you have better luck then I did. -disappointed customer |
