Received 1 (of 9) ink cartrigges with 5-09 expiration date. All others had 2010 or 2011 expirations. After call, cartridge replaced very quickly.

I have always been pleased with LD ink but this time one of the ink cartridges was inproperly wrspped and was leaking black ink. The rest of the order was fine. Since it was only $2.98 it wasn't worth returning.

I had sent an email because I felt the cartridges received had not been fully filled. The response was to send the cartridges back to the vendor. That is an unacceptable response since it would provide no value to the vendor nor myself. Since that time, I have done some comparisons of the cartridge's print length against HP cartridges bought from Staples and have found that there is a major difference. At this point it makes more sense for us to buy the cartridges from Staples going forward. Sorry for this. I've been an LP customer for several years but can't afford the loss unless I get a more satisfactory answer. Send the cartridges back just requires more time and expense with little return.

Every time that I have ordered ink cartridges,they have arrived within a few days. The ink cartridges seem to last so much longer than the ones I have bought from other places.And I make a lot of copies. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

I was pleased with the order but disappointed to not have reeived a discount coupon for further purchases. I did pay more than some other vendors for LD products and thought it would have been a thoughtful gesture to include an incentive of appreciation for my patronage. Placed original order and after about a week received NO shipping or further information, emailed May 22 ,and was informed was out of stock. Out of stock information should have been given when the order was placed.. e-mailed again a week later May 30th.and was informed that it would be shipped as soon as the out of stock items arrived, following week received the shipping status information..
