I was required to make a phone call in order to complete the order. Since I was out of the country, could not leave a message and receiver a return phone call , I had to wait on hold...25 minutes! This is not acceptable! A mail-in would have been worse! This post-order accept procedure is in theory a good thing but the customer should know about it in advance!

Only issue was that the link for tracking the order was broken. Did not work. Had to actually go the the USPS site to track the order.

I ordered two Light Blue products - a bottle of perfume and a 2 piece gift pack. The bottle of perfume that is in the gift pack smells very different from the bottle purchased by itself. Not sure what to do about this.....
