I made an order for a juicer more than a week ago. It was supposed to ship second day air. I have not been able to contact anyone by phone or by email. I have left repeated messages with no return. Not sure what the deal is. At this point I just want to cancel the order.

Ordered a Breville juicer in May. LivingRight charged my card immediately. Never received the product. Never heard from the company. Phoned them 20 times. No human picked up the phone. Sometimes, message machine was full and not able to leave a message. Other times, left a message that was never returned. Also sent numerous emails that were never responded to. Don't think I have ever had a worse online experience, and I have purchased over 3000 items over many years from on line stores. To this day, they have never communicated with me about my order.

I have not open the package, but i am sure it is fine. I do have one suggestion. It would be nice if you would include a expected date of shipment and receipt. You would eliminate phone inquires and customers tend to be anxious and often expect immediate processing/shipping and delivery in 2 days. Just a suggestion to reduce your customer support overhead.

Buyer beware, I don't know why they even have a phone# go ahead try and call them because thats what i did 50 times and they NEVER pick up. I just wanted to know why i have not recieved any info on my order in almost a week. I wish I had checked the reviews before i ordered (I usually do) but their site was very informative and i was fooled. I am left in the dark like many others and my card is already charged.

Placed the order and had questions as to why it hadn't shipped three days later-- I phoned the company twice to ask if there were issues only to get an answering machine. Left messages both times and never recieved a call back? I'm not impressed up to this point.

We ordered a juicer from LivingRight. In 10 days, on the account online it was still showing "Payment Processed" and "Shipping Pending". Two things bothered me. First, and obvious - it's been 10 days, and they seem to not have shipped the item. Second - it was supposed to be a present for my mother, and it did not arrive on time. Upset and angry, I am calling multiple times a day at the toll-free number. Nothing. I left a message. Nothing. I wrote an email. Nothing. Finally, on Friday, I call and leave a message saying that i do not know what is going on, but if i do not hear from them about my item, on Monday I will dispute the credit card charge, and they should consider the order cancelled. In an hour they call back explaining how there was confusion, blah blah. Now, a week later, we got tracking number - expecting the juicer in a few days. Lesson. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, CALL 352-688-3404, not the toll-free number.I hope you do not have any confusion in the first place though.

Had a horrible experience with LivingRight.com / Open Chute. Easy enough to order online but don't try to actually speak with a person or rectify a problem. I received only one e-mail from Open Chute after making several calls and sending several e-mails regarding an order that was still "pending" delivery two weeks after ordering! And this was even though Open Chute had already charged and received payment from my credit card! Due to lack of response from Open Chute (i.e. LivingRight.com), I finally had to contact my credit card company to dispute the payment and get a credit. Then ordered directly from Waterwise, and received my order from them in 2 days! I was definitely mislead by the shopping ratings noted on the LivingRight.com site. Won't shop here again! (BTW, the package did come . . . over 3 weeks after ordering and after we had already cancelled payment and received our order from Waterwise.)

It is now Mar. 24, 2009. I placed an order for a Breville Convection Oven on March 8th. After leaving several voice messages over the last couple of weeks, I received 2 calls saying the product will be sent soon and that I would receive a tracking number soon. My last voice mail which I left 2 days ago has not been returned. Unless I hear from them today, I will cancel this order.

I ordered my product on Jan 6, not knowing it was out of stock until the order was placed. So, I was contacted after requesting information on when I should expect the product, and they responded product to be delivered in the first week of Feb. I have been trying to contact them via email, website and telephone. Email & website - no response. Telephone forwarded to voice mail no matter what time of day- left messages with no return call...... Still havent received the product, havent heard from them & my credit card has already been charged........ Good luck if you shop here.

The order was placed 11/23/2008. My credit card was charged. According to the order status on their web site, shipping is pending as of 12/02/2008. I have called three times in the last two days to get a shipping date. I get a recording to leave a message for them to call me back as they are serving other customers. I have yet to hear from them. I also emailed for info and have received no reply! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I requested that the item be boxed in a shipping box that did not have the item number or description on the outside where it could be seen since this was a Christmas present. When the box came it had large letters that said what it was. Now I have a $210 present that will not be a suprise Christmas morning. When I wrote them an e-mail to inform them of how they did not follow through with a customer request they never responded. If they were unable to put the item in a larger box for shipping they could have contacted me and I would have arranged for the item to be shipped elsewhere.

My Juicer arrived in excellent condition and all parts included. My main reason to buy this was for Wheat Grass grinding, but it does salsa, nut butters too. This is the best juicer and so easy to clean that I am using it twice a day, or more.
