Terrible experience.  Customer service is slow to respond.  Sent an incorrect order, then claimed that it was not their fault, and to charge the customer extra for return shipping.  More than one agent to handle one customer service request, means information is lost, and have to keep repeating the same thing.  Waste of time.  -5 stars for that.

Stay away from this company.

Shopping with established companies, like on Amazon, or VitaminShoppe, is much better.  Also found all items on VitaminLife.com, could also request items to them to stock.  Customer service quick to respond, and accurately and effectively.  Much better experience there for this type of order.

This is my 3rd time. I wanted to give it another try. My second experience was a disaster and never heard from customer service, nor did they understand my request. That time they replaced my item, which was not in stock, with a cheaper item and didn't ask if I wanted it, nor offered a refund for the price difference. Just because luckyvitamin is convenient, when all goes right, I gave it another try. When there is no trouble, all is fine. The only thing, every time I order, at least one item is on back order.

Merchant used UPS to ship order to local USPS distribution center for final delivery. As a result, the order was delayed 10 days beyond the expected delivery date. This was an unacceptabe method for shipping.

LuckyVitamin.com is a very consistent vendor. Good products at the best prices, overall for what we purchase, than any other on the web. They always have to backorder some or all of the Tazo Awake tea and sometimes one or two of the Yogi teas we routinely purchase, but we've learned to compensate for the few days delay by ordering sooner. I have, and still do, highly recommend LuckyVitamin.com to anyone shopping the web for teas and health food items.
