I was very disappointed with the customer service received and the product itself. The website claims the staff is available at 9am yet when I had an issue I received voice mail. I tired the web feature for live chat and it was not working, I also tried the feature for live call. The product was shipped timely but the wrong bracket was included. Where is the Quality Assurance? I had to pay my electrician an extra 30 minutes to make two brackets for the wall sconces. My 9am phone call wasn't returned until 11:15 EST....obviously not quick enough to resolve an issue when I was paying someone by the hour to install my lights. The product itself don't hug the wall, one of them turns up at the bottom of the fixture, clearly mass market and Crystrorama is not a brand work buying.
