I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Mercantila again. I enjoyed prompt, uneventful delivery of my massage chair in great condition and even faster, actually, than I expected.  The item was extremely easy to locate and order, as their website is very user-friendly and well organized.  If they've got it and you want it, you can rest assured you'll find it.  I appreciate that I can comparison shop as well, because the website gives spot-on suggestions for similar merchandise so that I can also make an informed decision before placing a final order.
Mercantila, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful online shopping-friendship!

We ordered a trampoline for my children through the Trampoline Store. After some research I found that this site had the best price and FREE shipping as well as the most kid friendly trampoline that I could find. It has a padded bar to help stabilize them while they jump. Plus the jumping surface is quite large. We had the trampoline in our house and assembled within a few days. We couldn't be more happy with the ordering, delivery and the product. We'll get many years of use out of this product. Thanks for everything!

Great service.  Knowledgeable salesperson.  The product (recumbent bike/rower) was fairly easy to assemble.  My husband, who is recovering from a torn artery in the brain says this is a well-made piece of equipment and an excellent value.  This bike/rower does not take up a ton of space and is fairly attractive. It arrived in about a week.

This was one of those rare and wonderful times when you got what you ordered and more.

The description of features and the customer reviews were very useful. I already had a Stamina "starter rower" so was familiar with that company.

The machine I ordered arrived a week after I placed the order. It took me three days, working off and on, to put it together, including a shopping trip to buy a missing washer. The assembly instructions could be better: or maybe a video of the assembly at the company's web site.

I've used my new excercise machine twice, and so far it is an outstanding value for the price.

"Never ever before in my life have I expereince such horrific, abysmal and completely unacceptable a customer service expience than I have with Mercantilla. Two months later, I am still without resolution to recieving replacement parts for those that arrived damaged. After eight plus calls later, I am put on hold for 20 minutes only to have the call dropped. Unaccptable, NEVER do business with this company. "

No fuss, no hiccups, smooth transaction.  I heaved a sigh of relief because the bike I had ordered arrived well and complete enough, compared to the people who received the same item only with missing or broken pieces.  I felt I had averted a big pile of endless phone calls and emails had my experience with shipping been the same as with the people who ordered the same product from the store.  I credit Mercantilla for this.

The free shipping and no sales tax did alot to sway me to buy here instead of somewhere else.

My Husband has had on and off back issues for some time now. We thought it was just the perils of getting older. I don't really remember where we saw the idea for an inversion table, but we thought the idea behind it was good enough to give it a try! After a lot of looking, we found that the best prices and even free shipping came from the Mercantila Online Store. We ordered one and couldnt believe how fast it got here! Putting it together was a breeze and we were very pleased at how sturdy and well built it was. We got a great deal and although he hasnt been using it for a long time, my husband really thinks its doing him a lot of good already! 1st time buying through Mercantila and I must say it was a painless transaction. I placed my order on a Wednesday and received it the following week. Quality of merchandise was superb! The merchandise was a massage table for my daughter for her graduation.  She gave me the name of the company and told me to give Mercantila a call because her school ordered their equipment from them. I was kind of leery of ordering it on line because I did not know whether it would be sturdy enough to handle all her clients. Surprised because my husband and I were her 1st clients and the table did beautifully! Quality all around. Thank you for a quick and easy transaction.

I ordered a Stamina Magnetic Fusion 4545 Recumbent bike from the Fitness Equipment Superstore through Mercantila.  Two weeks later, I can say that the bike seems to be a good value for the price.  The product was exactly as advertised.  Delivery speed was excellent through FedEx ground.  Overall I am pleased with my purchase and the product.

Purchased The Pool Cleaner online from Mercantila.  Website was having a few screen formatting problems the day I ordered, but everything worked as expected and the product order was confirmed in an email afterwards.  Web tracking of order worked well and product was delivered quickly and was exactly as described.

I planned to order a kitchen sink from undermountsinks.com, but had a question first.  So I called the 1-800 number which connected me with Mercantila.  Satisfied with the answers I was given, I proceeded to order the sink from the online operator since it would save me some time.  WAS I WRONG! The sales associate ordered the wrong sink.  I tried to exchange it by following the online directions, but nothing happened.  So I returned the item and have yet to see my money. 

After some online investigating, I have determined that Mercantila is a parent company of some online retailers.  The websites look similar to each other, with the same 1-800 number.  The contact information for some of these sites listed Mercantila as the main company.

They are theives!  BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a pool cleaner. The price was the best anywhere and the delivery was excellent. The only "wish they did it differently" was that I received an e-mail indicating the shipment was made on the 20th but the shipper didn't pick up the shipment until the 23rd. Overall, I would use them again!
