I have made several purchases for our business from MicroBattery. I would rate their service as excellent. Each time I have place on-line orders with them the product arrives within 2-3 days. The products are good quality and they do a good job of packing to ensure the product arrives in good condition. Their pricing is comparable to other on-line vendors. Encountered repeated authaurisation errors on my credit card. Inspite of a message to contact somebody at the company to try and process the order there was no response. Eventually the order was paid via PayPal. Why bother to send a message from the President suggesting a course of action if there is nobody at the company willing to follow up on this suggestion?
