This was a relatively small book cart that was shipped by UPS, so delivery was better than what I expected from the website's description of truck delivery. I called to find out how it was being delivered because we were going to be out of the office on the day they said it would arrive. The pperson on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Although it was faster than I expected from what it said, it does take quite a long time. Product hard to find.

the Premier XUA-1330L was NOT compatible with my Dynex TV. The description on the web site did NOT indicate that this mount would not work with a 4" x8" screw hole pattern.

Listed on the box "For most 13"-30" LCD TVs" - but not Samsung 26". As I learned too late, Samsung uses a VESA 100mm x 200mm mounting spacing and this was 100mm x 100mm. Nothing on the website warned about this 'quirk.' I found one locally that would fit (Home Depot. The hassle of returning and finding the right mount wasn't worth my time or trust.

I paid extra for prompt shipment - Have purchased through your store previously. I didn't need to contact merchant - so your "IF I needed" to questions are irrelevant - but I can't submit your survey without checking something - i.e., those comments are thus irrelevant.

I called the manufacturer originally who provided their brochure and excellent assistance in helping me choose the product. They also provided the names of two merchants from whom I might make the purchase. The first merchant shunted me off immediately to voice mail which promised to have a customer service rep call me back -- for that reason, I didn't even bother to leave my name & number, but promptly called the second merchant. The customer service rep was not really very knowledgable about the product, but since I knew what I wanted from the manufacturer and from the merchant's website, I was able to place my order.

There was a wide variety of products to choose from. I chose a TV cart that was 30"w by 20" deep. It was easy to put together and was exactly what we needed at the church for the large TV which was given to us. I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future.
