The whole process was easy, they had in stock what I was looking for, and I was thrilled to actually receive my carrier much faster than I had anticipated. Item was packaged poorly and the box for the carrier was demolished when I received it. I contacted the seller and they said they were going to send me a new box. I have yet to receive that.

It took over a week to get shipped which seemed a little to long. But the reason I ordered it from this company was because of the free shipping. The site did say it would ship in 1-2 days, so I'm not sure if it was supposed to leave the wherehouse or arrive in 1-2 days. Either way it didn't arrive on time. Besides that I am very happy with the ergo.

My shopping experience at My Favorite Baby was very satisfactory. There was a slight shipping problem though. I bought the baby carrier one evening and requested that it be sent to my daughter in NC as her birthday present. The next day I ordered the extension strap and requested that it be shipped to me in VT. The carrier and the strap were both shipped to me in VT, so I had to re-ship the carrier to NC and missed her birthday by several days. That was disappointing, but the overall service and customer care more than made up for the shipping error.

I didn't get a confirmation email when I ordered so I had no idea if my order went through or if the carrier was on the way. I received the carrier quickly though - I got it in a few days. Unfortunately, I had to return it because my son hated the carrier. It took 2 emails and 4 days to find out how or where to return the carrier. Then it took 2 more weeks to get my refund.

I placed my order on Thursday afternoon and reviewed the shipping information and I was expecting my order to ship after the July 4th holiday weekend.
