My complete experience with MySuitShop was totally satisfying.  From the initial making of the measuring appointment to the delivery of the final product. 

The gentleman who measured me was totally professional.  The measuring and 'ordering' part of the process was very convenient as the representative came to my home town of Christchurch, New Zealand.  He listened very carefully to my specifications and made thorough notes and measurements.  To have this measuring done by this experienced person eliminated any mistakes that I may have made doing this myself.  It was also great to be able to see and touch all of the lovely fabric swatches. 

The result of this was the production of garments (cotton shirts) which fitted perfectly and that were exactly as I had 'imagined'. 

After this first step, I was fully informed of the production stages, and the timely delivery.  The garments were delivered beautifully packaged.

I have worn my gorgeous tailored shirts many times already.  The tailoring, with the tidy French seams and other special features, is very well done.  The cotton fabrics are lovely.  These shirts wash well and iron easily too.

Many of my friends have made nice comments on my shirts.  I would recommend this company for this service.

I recently recieved a custom ordered three piece suit and two vests from Ravistailor.  I cannot adequately say how pleased I am with the results.  The fit and the construction could not be surpassed.  Ravis Tailor now has a customer for life.

I met Ravi on his road show in Chicago, I did not know what to expect.  Ravi was incredibly professional and was able to match me with what I needed in the suit and the vests.  His demeanor was very kind and informative, making sure that my needs were met.

What impressed me the most was the absolute attention to detail, every stitch and seam was perfectly put together.  I was also throughly impressed with the customer high quality customer service.  Ravi now has a customer for life.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience with Ravis. Like many have said, there are some caveats, but all in all, I'm glad I ordered.
1. Get a friend to measure you. Take each measurement several times.
2. Be as clear as you can with their staff. Use plain English as it is not their 1st language.
3. Understand that the images are not exactly what you may be getting. The lapels from my 3 piece suit I ordered weren't per the image... however I like what they have done better. I think it looks better on me, so I lucked out.
4. Don't buy one of the cheaper linings. I really wish I had upgraded.


All that being said, I can't think of anything I'd alter on the suit that I got (other than the lining, but that's my fault). The fabric I ordered is very nice, the fit is perfect, and the style is great. I will be ordering from them again

From the start to the delivery of my order I found the customer service is without exception. I was helped and guided along the way by my tailor Alan. I found his advice most helpful. The quality of the fabric and the manufacture of the suit is super.

The delivery speed was excellent (to the UK), and the order was entirely accurate. Customer service by the travelling Vinay was excellent! I also tried another tailor, and these guys produced the superior product (though it did cost a little more). The website is very good - the only improvement I can think of, though, and this goes the websites of all tailors, is that there should be a function, a small picture of a body, that you can mix and match clothes on - like a doll - so that you can see which materials might go best with which suits, shirts etc. This would be cool. Overall an excellent experience. They offer a huge selection which can be a bit dauniting at first. I have ordered one suit from them and I can tell you it was a bargain. Although it is one of their lower end suits, it looks great, fits like a glove and I get compliments on it all the time. I love this suit and I just ordered another one. Highly recommended!

RavisTailor has been great. I can't find a suit off the rack that is even close to fitting me. Having a suit that truly fits is great. Ordering may take one or two tries to get your measurements perfected, but the staff is helpful and willing to make alterations for just the cost of shipping.

As usual for custom tailors, it is not so easy to fill in correctly the measures, especially for people (like me) whose mother language is not English. But RavisTailor helps you by providing explanations and small videos.

Once measures are correct, you have at RavisTailor:
- low prices: I mean for custom tailors naturally.
- very good quality: Even the lowest quality ("Classic") is very good.
- a lot of choices:  Many styles, fabrics and colors. There are so many choices that I recommend to first order some swatches to facilitate your selection.
- good delivery: It takes some times to create your custom clothes (at least one week) which is normal. After, the delivery is fast. I am living in Belgium and it takes 2 or 3 days!

You can buy cheaper custom tailors on some other Web sites but generally the quality is lower and the choice is very restricted.

So, I recommend RavisTailor.

I told couple of people about ordering tailor made trousers and shirt in Thailand and most of them were laughing about the idea and didn't believe it could work - well I know at least 2 of those people who want to use this service after they saw the results. Being 6'7" and lanky, I find it very dificult to buy clothes that properly fit, especially ones that are long enough in the arms. I ordered a long sleeve shirt and it fits perfectly. It also arrived very quickly, within 10 days of ordering. I'll definitely be using them again.

I recently ordered and received a pair of made-to-measure pants from Ravis Custom Tailors. Everything about the process was positive. There were plenty of fabrics to choose from, and the fit and workmanship were excellent. You must send accurate measurements to obtain a good fit, and you will then be rewarded with a result that is far superior to what you are likely to find in an off-the-rack garment in a store. Also, you can design the details of the clothing the way you want them, such as cuffs, pleats, number of pockets, their locations, with or without flaps or buttons, etc. The website is very complete, but it does take some patience at first to become familiar with it. My order was completed promptly, and customer service replies by email were fast and courteous. Last but not least is a price that is no more than what you would pay for good quality clothes in a department store, but you get a better selection of fabrics and a better fit, designed the way you want.

I had a very good experience with these tailors.  They were prompt with email questions about my measurements and, when a fabric that I had ordered was out of stock, they allowed me to upgrade to a higher line of fabrics at no additional charge. They also responded within the day to every question that I had. (usually by the next morning)
I ordered on December 2 and received my suits on December 26.  The suits were incredible.  I am both big and tall and have long arms and a very hard to fit shape.  The suits fit me absolutely perfectly.  I was very nervous about measuring myself.  However, the measuring instructions were easy to follow and the suits could not have been tailored better if they were measured by the tailor personally. 
The fabrics are very nice for the lower suit levels.  I cannot get the quality for the price anywhere in the US. 
I am an attorney and need to be well stocked with suits.  I will order again and have no reason not to make them my exclusive source for all of my suits, shirts, jackets and pants.

I could not be more pleased. The garments are of excellent quality, beautifully finished and fit extremely well. In short, the garments are everything that I had hoped, and that you promised, they would be. I get compliments on how I look whenever I wear them. This is my 12th order over the last few years from this online tailors and yet again my expectations are not only fully met but exceeded. Considering the work involved in my orders it is surprising how quick they are turned around and delivered to me despite having to come to just about the furthest point they could do from Thailand. My experience with Ravis Custom Tailors can only be described as "Excellent."  Because of my busy schedule, Vicky was able to meet me in my hotel room.  He had many fabric samples and offered good advice.  In two days, he scheduled a "fine-tuning" fitting for me in his shop and made the final adjustments to the garments (few were needed because of the care he had taken in recording the measurements).  In another 48 hours, two suits, with extra slacks, a sport coat and six shirts were delivered to my hotel room.

The clothes are beautiful.  It is a pleasure to wear them.  They make me look better than I thought possible.
