Received a bottle as a gift from friends.  I signed for it and opened it immediately-it was frozen. The foil seal broken, cork protruding, wine leaked into packaging.  Napacabs customer service rep insisted I send in the bottle and remaining wine, at my expense, so they could determine "how to handle the complaint".  When I indicated that sending a mostly full and potentially leaky bottle of wine would be expensive and possibly very messy, the rep implied I was lying to get a free bottle.  I followed up by email, offering to send digital photos of the bottle, and ice chunk in the bottle, and never received a response.  VERY dissappointed with them.  Will use another site in the future.

Nice clean web site that is fast, easy to navigate and packed with information. Prices are very competitive and on some are the lowest around. Napacabs offers a great selection from some of the smaller California wineries as well as the rare “hard to find - boutique wineries.” They also have a nice list of wines from France, Italy and Australia. Their service is fast, as they usually ship my orders the same day. My tracking information is available on line where I’m able to also view my account activity, order status and history. I also signed up for their wine club, which features incredible selections and values. Highly recommend!

Excellent prices, prompt and fast delivery. Easy to navigate through the site. Not all wines include wine rating. Site can be improved by adding wine rating. Good selections of reds from around the world.
