Quality of the wool rugs is excellent, I have yet to receive the sisal rugs but I am hoping that they will be of great quality also. Only down fall I have is it takes a few days for your company to reply to my order (confirm w/email) stating that it has been received and product has been shipped. I had to call back to make sure the order was received and find out when the first rug was shipped.

Their Website was easy to use, the item arrived in a week. Unfortunately the Seagrass rug I received didn't even come close to meeting my expectations or their glowing reviews. It is poorly made, there is a six inch difference on the long sides and the binding is too tight causing the rug to buckle terribly and not lie flat. It looks awful and cannot be returned as it was a sale item. Their customer service has not responded to my inquiry as to how I can get the rug to lie flat. I will have to replace this rug and will now purchase locally.

They said it would ship in 1-2 days, but it took longer and there was originally no tracking available online until I called the place directly. However, the rug is of good quality, and I am pleased w/ the purchase.

I ordered a 9'x12' sisal rug on Sunday and it was delivered on Thursday. The rug came well packaged and I could not be happier with the product. The quality is much better that you find at Pottery Barn or Crate+Barrel. I plan on shopping here again. A++++

Overall, this was a good experience. When the order was first filled we were notified that not all items were shipped. The items were the small no-slip rug pads which came about a week later. The customer service was friendly and very responsive. The products are awesome!

original product was out of stock. after phone call they agreed to send a similar product for the same discount price as the original choice. order tracking was not possible, because they did not provide a valid tracking number.

I would use Natural Area Rugs again. My only complaint is that the website I visited quoted a 25% discount if I used a certain code (which I did) but my discount was only 15%. I don't recall any restrictions in regard to the size of the order, etc

Originally received the wrong size item. They arranged for it to be picked up and left a contact name and number where I did talk to a real person who was helpful. It took a little while to receive the item we had originally ordered but it did arrive and we are pleased with it.

The rug is beautiful, but the rug pad is thin and flimsy. You should offer a thicker, more durable pad even if it's not as inexpensive.
