I actually received my purchase about three days ahead of schedule. There was no tracking available once my purchase reached the local terminal, but it was delivered the very next day. The shipping charges were extremely reasonable considering the size/weight of the item.

The clock I received was not able to receive the signal to set the clock so I returned it. I called an 800 number to find out how to do the return and the person I spoke to was helpful and I received instructions over e-mail.

I love the hammock chairs feel like I died and went to heaven....just swing and relax....sheer pleasure. How ever the stands were dumped in my driveway instead of bring it to the door which really upset me....

Purchased Casey Daybed. Purchase was to come in 3 boxes. 2 of the 3 boxes were rec'd, however the 3 box that was sent with the shipment was for an LP Gas Outdoor Heater! I had to call to have it taken care of due to they pulled the wrong item and didn't match the order to the shipping packing slip! I had to pay an additional $100 to be credited back later in order to get the order corrected. I was told it was a system glitch in order for the correction of the order to take place even though it was their error. I was also told by the customer service rep that this happens where the wrong item is pulled and sent.
