Unfortunately, the bench arrived with a crack in once of the sections and with a sheared screw which had to be replaced. However, because we wanted the bench in place for a fourth of July get-together, my husband glued and clamped the crack and found another screw to use in place of the sheared one. The ordering experience, shipping, and prompt arrival were quite acceptable. as far as shopping again, I put "yes" but would definitely be a bit leary.

I believe you are referring to the hammock I bought online. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed the company had in placing and shipping the order.

I found the shopping experience was fine. The description of the product on the website was not as detailed as descriptions I have seen on other websites. The only complaint I have is that the shipping carton had an open gash in it. However, the cart was not damaged so it was not a problem.
