Ordering from Netfreez was overall quick and easy. Prices are great, bought a relabeled 10,000 hard drive for a about 2/3 cost of new. Only came with a 30 day store warranty, but with a store review they give an additional 45 days. Really dont expect any problems, but will be sure to repost if I do! Also, when you call customer serivce, they speak coherent English!!! It was a quick and painless experience. The price was right, and free shipping sealed the deal.

Hi there, I am a first time customer here. I ordered a HP Pavilion on Friday November 1st and got it on the following Tuesday. Price was way lower than anyone else on the shopping engines (way lower than Dell or ZZZ) and they didn't gouge me on freight! Adam K at netfreeze was very helpful in resolving the mystery surrounding this order that arrived unsolicited. She indicated that this was a no charge delivery of a cable that somehow made it onto backorder, even though I received the original computer peripheral in a fast, no-hassle manner a few months before. netfreez, and all of my experiences with this company have been nothing short of great. It turns out that I was looking for this cable not 2 days earlier and had not found one anywhere at a decent price. I love this store. I can't count how many orders I've had with Netfreez, and all of them have been perfectly correct and working items. Not to mention they're the cheapest around and ALL there items include discount shipping which means you don't waste money on additional charges!! The one and only thing I wish Netfreez would only send out their newsletter emails more frequent because there are some really good deals. My most previous order was a Chaintech MK8T890 & Sempron 3000 754pin w/ heatsink combo all for $59.99! And when I got it it was more of a deal then I expected. I have ordered many times from netfreeze and have NEVER been disappointed. They have always been prompt at filling the order for delivery. I have only had to return order one time and return reason was due to device I had selected. I received a courteous response for the RMA and it was accepted without detailed questioning. I have ordered from a variety of their competitors, but I always end up back at netfreeze’s site because of their low prices and their great service. Great quality and great customer service from start to end.

The only somewhat hassle i can report having with netfreeze is when i had my first purchase with them about 2 years ago, it took a little while for them to respond back to me about the order. apparently they confirm many of their new shoppers by calling the phone number provided and simply asking about the order and details of it to confirm there is no fraud on a customers card. I did not like it at first but considering that they were looking out for risks, I thought it was a pretty smart idea.

Yesterday morning, I placed an order for a ATI Radeon Video Card from this retailer. I needed a video card quick, so I had them overnight it. At first, my order wasn't going through to my Google account, so I called the customer service department, couldn't reach them because they did not provide phone support, so I sent them an email at which point I pretty much already gave up on them. BUT NO, I received a reply within just minutes and they helped me through the process, and said they would try to get it shipped here by tomorrow, meaning today! Needless to say, I wasn't too hopeful, as I had placed my order at 10am ET. Long story short, the package arrived at 10:35am this morning. This is an extremely good retailer that will go above and beyond to stand by their word and their prices. I would highly recommend this retailer for any future purchases, as their prices are quite low in comparison with other retailers, and will not try to bait & switch you, like many other retailers. :)

From Netfreez’s website I purchased a Intel Celeron 2.6GHz 400MHz 128K CPU, OEM on Wednesday morning January 2, 2007. Within minutes I received email confirming the order. At 9:40 A.M. same day I received email stating that the order had been shipped complete with tracking number. I got no email stating that I had to call a phone number to confirm my order.

At the FedEx website I found the estimated delivery date was Friday January 4. Two business days with basic inexpensive shipping I could not be more satisfied. Unbelievable!
The processor was well packaged and perfect working order.

This is one of the best online stores I have ever dealt with. The price for the processor may have not been the lowest but it was close and the service I received made it the best deal around, I will definitely shop a Netfreez.Com again.

I had very specific requirements when looking for custom server. And Netfreez was a good fit. I was able to easily customize the system for my needs (which was to build a mission critical server). The ordering process was relatively easy, and they worked with me 1 on 1 to smooth out some bumps early on. Be careful with the online quotes, they are not locked in; the prices fluctuate from day to day, even if you save the quote. When I received the shipment, I noticed that a mistake was made, but it was resolved immediately by their staff. Anybody can sell computer hardware, and mistakes can be (and are) made. The real test of integrity comes when customer problems are resolved quickly and painlessly. And Netfreez has exceeded my expectations. I will be sure to come back for any future needs. Thank you

This is the first time to write a rating for an online store. It provides an unbeatable price for my Toshiba laptop, even cheaper than the final price from the official website which is stacked with all necessary coupons + rebates. The shipping is extremely fast, even with the cheapest shipper. I placed my order on 13th of December and the package was shipped right on that day. The customer service is also pretty good, the support called me to confirm my order just half an hour after I submitted my order. The Toshiba laptop came in mint condition. It is the best online store I have ever experienced. Highly recommend you to try it and I will definitely shop there in the future hopefully soon.

I received a Canon SD750 camera and did not like the power button on the back: too awkward to turn on/off. I read the reviews on the Canon SD870 which also has the 28mm lens and the 3" lcd viewing screen. These features appeal to me. I sent the camera back to netfreeze. their support staff was wonderful about the whole process. I will order from them when I purchase the SD870 digi camera.

I bought memory for my HP laptop on 10/12 and it arrived on 10/15 through regular postal service. Took a little while to send me the confirmation email, but product is here, works and price was as advertised! I have no complaints at all. Excellent service! The cpu ordered and hard drive I ordered arrived days earlier than expected, shipment was very well packed, would order again. I did have some worries when placing the order, first credit card wouldn't process after 2 attempts but finally it worked with the other cc and I got my order. Pleased with the outcome of the order.

Easy to order; quick to process and ship. Then the fun begins. No human answers at customer support. The online support chat link hasn't been active in 3 days. There is no general phone inquiry line. There are no responses to return requests even when using their online form. And they don't answer emails. Shop elsewhere.
