I was very pleased and this is the second time I have ordered from them. However when I tried to make an exchange to see if a product was in stock, I received "sorry missed your call leave a message" and then "mail box is full try back" which I have done several times???!!!

Items are sold when they are not in stock. If you are in a hurry be careful. They do not respond very quickly to email and their phone is always on an answering machine.

Excellent Discount on Lowa Boots! In fact I have forwarded the Norway site to two friends in another state, one who works at a premier outdoor store. These same boots would have been $50 higher at that store and I would have had to pay shipping, which Norway sent no charge. Norway, keep running sales on top notch products like Lowa, word will get out.

It was a little difficult to find things (like sizes for some vendors) on the site since the are not centralized. Tracking link from email returned this error: Not Found The requested URL /track/ was not found on this server. I was able to track manually by going to Fedex Site

My experience with Norway Sports was excellent. I am a big fan of Solomon hiking shoes/boots. I searched the internet for a store that had a good selection of Solomon products, and one that had the best price. Norway Sports had comparable inventory of Solomon shoes/boots and there price was $40.00 cheaper than their competitors. I've never purchased anything from this store before, and was bit leary, but I thought I would give it a try. My order arrived in 5 days as expected and the boots were in excellent condition. In the shipping carton was a return shipping label in the event I needed to return them. I'm unable to comment on how well their return policy works, since I was happy with my purchase. I will consider them first, in the event I decide to purchase another pair of shoes/boots, and plan to place the order online.
