It was a pleasure to shop Ohio Power Tool. They had the product I wanted in stock even though local merchants did not. There follow up was exemplary. Debbie made sure everything was right and kept in communication until everything was received. I will definitely shop at Ohio Power Tool again.

I don't know the answer to most of the questions, because they keep back dating the shipment date. As of yeserday, it wouldn't be shippped til the 18th.

I am still waiting for my order. It is scheduled to be shipped 31 Oct 08. The internet site was fairly easy to manage. I did know what I wanted to uy and the part number I needed. I don't know how easy it would be if one only had a part description.

The shipping and tracking status seemed cumbersome compared to other services I have used. Shipping time seemed longer than most. Many places ship much faster.
