I placed my first order at One Hanes Place on 1/7/08. Today it is 1/25/08 and I still have not received my order. When I called to inquire I was told to call them back if I didn't receive it by 1/31. I guess I should have done the express ordering. Unless they are using pony express I don't understand the hold-up.

I have been buying bras from One Hanes Place for many years. I have NEVER, EVER gotten anything but FIRST RATE merchandise. Considering the expense of bras in department stores, this is a real find! Also, courteous customer service and speedy delivery. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I placed an order and a month later, I hadn't received it. So I contacted customer service and asked them to verify if the order shipped. Rather than emailing me back to let me know the order had shipped, they just shipped out another order. In the meantime, I received the first order and then I received the second order. Customer service is providing me with a postage paid label to return the second order. I think its really refreshing though that they went out of their way to make sure I got my order.
Communication with the customer service obviously failed, but their attempts to rectify the problem was exceptional.
