very good service only problem is that shipping costs are high and to make it worse our new zealand dollar is only 0.60 to your $1 means that shipping is as much as the golf balls but i do hope to purchase more some time

I ordered a rifle scope from this company.  First they tried to substitute a far inferior item.  Next they claimed to be permanently out of stock of the item.  Finallly they tried to re-negotiate the price after they had my order and my money for 10 days.  They ruined a birthday gift I had planned.  This company is pathetic and they have never delivered the item I purchased from them.  Expect terrible service and dishonesty if you buy from them.

I ordered an Ole Miss shirt in November for my Father for Christmas. It has now been 5 weeks (also the week of Christmas) and i still do not have the shirt or any answers on where it might be. I HATE this company now and will never order anything from them again. I only WISH i would have read this site before i ordered this b/c i would have never used this company. I keep getting this same email that they are checking in to the shipping and will email me the information and yet no email or package has arrived! Do yourself a favor and order from another site and DONT use onlinesports.com.

Nice selection of products. Quality merchandise. Easy to place on-line order. Fast delivery. I can't think of a single negative regarding this order, which came in three separate shipments. Each was exactly what I hoped for (based on their description on the web site) and all three were great!

I did not receive a mail-in form or phone call for a rebate. I did not know anything about this; therefore, I did not check a box. Overall I am satisfied with the way things went and the products were fine that I received.

Problems:
1. Charges credit card before the order is ready to ship
2. Customer service does not return calls
3. Back-order process takes a really long time and they have no process to let you know what's going on.

What a horrible experience. The product I ordered was not in stock. No one from the company contacted us about the backorder and we had to call several times to get the status of the order. For some reason they would say they would check on the order and never call back.

The worst thing they did was to CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE SHIPPING THE ORDER. They charged us as soon as the order was placed instead of waiting for it to be ready to ship. That's a big no-no for exactly this situation. They have had my money for 3-weeks, but I don't have a product.

Don't buy from these guys, it's an amature operation.

I placed an order for two of the same thing just two different sizes and the department stated that they were in stock. I later get a e-mail stating that the company was out of stock of my special orders. I was not too disapointed but my two kids were. These were supposed to be Christmas or just after Christmas presents. They knew that they would be late but it is already athe 4 th of January,2008 and not the tracking order stated that they will not get them until at least the 9th so they still have to wait. I only hope they come and the sizes are correct. All jersey's run different in sizes so we will see...

I was pleased with the product but it was a second choice after the first order turned out to be unavailable. They should make it known that items are unavailable BEFORE the customer places the order. Also, I would like to see more information regarding procedures for making returns.

My order was shipped promptly, but they shipped the wrong size softballs. I contacted them by phone and they shipped the correct items super fast. Even with the error, I still received the second shipment faster than most companies get their first orders out. Customer service is superb!
