Great place to shop - and great customer service! If I had to comment about two recent orders, one would be the "Big Mean Kitty Doggy Activation Toy". My Bassets love the toy and yet there was a rip in it within the first few minutes of playing with it. I would say it needs to be a little tougher or there should be a comment that rowdy playing puppies shouldn't pick this toy. The other is the INSTINCT kibbles we buy. I will probably stay away from the chicken as it crumbles and I end up sifting it before I can serve it. The dove and turkey flavor is wonderful. Bottom line I really like your company, your great customer service, and speedy delivery, in spite of my comments above. I'm so thankful you sell the products you do because my bassets are everything to me! Deborah Cain

I would shop for certain items. The Cinnabones were fairly priced, but I was shocked to see the size of the Freeze-Dried Products! $11.99 for 2.75 oz was outrageous. I really did not expect such a tiny size. I buy Freeze=Dried Liver and Beef from Pet-Smart, and pay approx. $19 and change for 14 oz. of 100% pure Beef Liver Treats. It is additive and preservative free--all natureal made by ProTreat. Although the weight of your product was included, I guess I didn't read carefully enough. Although it is a good product, I surely won't be getting that Merrick canned food that is safe for diabetics was a real treat for my lab. I mixed it in with her regular WD food recommended by her vet. Thank you for giving consumers a chance to give feedback. Joanne Nelson

Two problems: (1)...Wanted to get six unit discount by ordering three each of two items shown above. I had done this previously. Jerk (male) I talked to re: this said I could not, so ordered two each to secure some shipping cost advantage. Later talked to a nice woman in Cust.Svc. who said this fellow was wrong...(2)later found that I could purchase direct from Dogswell at about a 40% savings, so will do this in the future. Howard J. My shopping experience was great. The customer service rep. that helped me was great. I had a problem with my order. My order did not arrive on time due to a post office glitch. I called customer service to advise and the guy on the phone sent out another order. He told me that if I do recieve the first package to refuse and send back. Funny thing, both packages arrived the same day. I sent the other back.

The hairball medicine bottle was leaking. The product was packed into the very bottle of the box with very little cushioning from the peanuts.
