The customer service was very gooed. I do recommend that the website get updated to provide additional shipping costs when purchases are made in Alaska (or any other location that requires additional shipping). At the time of the order when the mailing address gets input into the system, the correct shipping costs should be automatically calculated.

Oompa Toys imports beautiful wooden quality toys from Europe. Being fed up with the ugly, aggressive and disposable plastic American toys, this company is a blessing. I know that some toys bought from them recently will become family heirlooms! Oompa Toys' website is very organized,toys and games are very well described. It was a good experience. The only holdback that I have from rating Oompa "excellent" is the pricing. Their product prices are slightly higher than other on-line places. I shopped here this time because I could get all of the items I wanted in one place with minimal shipping.

I found your web-site almost impossible to order from - using logic. I had to call 3 times. I called a week earlier to inquire on a guitar that was currently not available. The man on the phone said they had no idea when they would get more be it tomorrow or next year. Not a good answer from a professional business. The woman who helped on the website was great. I would not bother with you again except for the fact that my son and grandchildren like your products and live in Chicago while we are in Fla.
