Horrid!
After 3 weeks I still have not received my order, I have tried to contact - three times via e-mail and twice on the phone and they have not returned any calls or e-mails.
I cannot even cancel my order.
This experience will make me change my buying habits on the internet. I will first call the seller to make sure they have a live person. If they do then I will buy from them, if not I will search elsewhere.
Saving money always comes at a cost to someone and in the case of the outdoor superstore it is the customer service end.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They take your money and send no merchandise. There web site needs to be shut down. I wish I would have seen this site before I ordered from them. Something needs to be done about this store. I have called this store over and over again. They do not answer their phones or return voicemails or e-mails. If you check the BBB you will see the owners name and a physical address to the store. However, I called the local police dept. and asked them to go to there physical location and apparantly they have not been there for a year or more. Does anyone no how to go about shutting down there web site?

This business takes your money, but doesn't send your item.  The customer service at this business is perhaps the worst on the WEB.  They will not return phone calls.  If they respond to your email inquiry, they will tell you about computer issues on their end.  They will tell you all will be well on such and such date.  When that date comes and then goes and you still do not have the item, they will ignore your latest attempt at communication.   The South Carolina BBB has a lengthy list of unhappy customers from this business.  Buyer beware.

I wish I had found this review earlier. After about a month of waiting I still do not have my item. And when I call I am told that the number does not exist and get hung up on. I am ticked off, to put it within the rules of this board. They charged me the minute I made my purchase and I can't seem to cancel. Hmm..I know that if I wanted to rob people this would be a good way to do it. If They have done nothing else correctly, they sure are good thieves.

I ordered the product on Sunday, 24 August. They didn't process the order until Wednesday, 27 August. As of Wednesday, 3 September, I haven't even been notified o whether or not the package has shipped. I have tried to call both their toll free and local numbers repeatedly to either find out why my order hasn't shipped yet or cancel it, but haven't had anyone actually pick up the phone (no matter how long I wait on hold). I am extremly unsatisfied with outdoorsuperstore.com's performance and will specificially avoid them in the future.

I ordered this item on 8/20/08. After waiting 7 days for order conformation, and 2 E mails later,within which I asked for conformation and a tracking number, it still took 3 more days to get conf. of order. i still have had no further information from anyone @ your store. Its now 14 days into this adventure still no contact with anyone. hunting season starts in 2 weeks and I am considering cancelling this order!

I ordered this product via Internet. After about two weeks I never received an email with a tracking # or any other information. I attempted to call the company but kept being told that there was no one available to answer the phone. Over a month later I still haven't received the item. The only good thing is, they never charged my credit card either. Read the other customer feedbacks, and beware of this company!

Ordered Sun July 27, received email confirming order & a "welcome to" message. After one week we tried to contact you. We sent 3 emails and tried to contact by phone.After that we were lost in cyberspace. Your phone numbers were all bogus. Our THREE emails were unanswered! We contacted por credit card conpany and there was no charge. We proceeded to cancel the order. We purchased a "BIG BERTHA" locally. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!

Have no product and no communication from the seller. All phone numbers on the Outdoorsuperstore website are invalid. I sent an email via the website and have had no reply. Unbelievable that they are still even in business. They have over 40 complaints and a pattern of this behavior according to the BBB. I wish I had checked them out prior to making the purchase. This is the first time I've ever been burned with an online purchase. Stay away from the Outdoorsuperstore!

I ordered the subject item on Monday, May the 12th and paid by credit card. I realize that I am not your only client but I have been unable to talk to anyone at your company. It has been ten days now and it seems a little long to receive an item that you indicated was in stock. I would suggest that a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number, is something that would ease my frustration. Respectfully, Bill McIntosh

My main problem with your site is that it is very difficult to set up an account. I attempted several times to no avail. I finally went ahead and put in an order without an account. I received the items in a appropriate length of time but, since I did not have an account, I couldn't track or check on the status of my order. If you can rectify that problem, I will shop your site again.

I got off to a bad start with this vendor. The price they had on the item I was interested in was great. I elected to order as a guest and not establish an account. Everything entered ok and seemed ok. Ten minutes later I got an email from them that said "false". I did not know what that was supposed to mean but was concerned that my order did not go through. I tried to call the customer service line and was dumped into a recording. I waited several days for a response, no response. I called many times and could never get a person. I sent an email that promised to get back to me in 1 business day. I waited. It was after Christmas, so I figured they were on vacation. A note to that effect on the website would have been nice. I finally decided after two weeks that nothing was going to happen so I opened an account and ordered again. [I was still calling every day but not always leaving a message] About 2 days later I received my order. Great, I thought. The next day I received the order again! I would complain about that but the price was good enough that I don't mind having 2. What does bother me and cause me to give a low rating is the total lack of response to emails and phone calls. James
