I ordered two portable DVD players 10 days ago. They sent me a confirmation of purchase and that is it. No more correspondence and the products have not arrived. I am calling them today.

I will rely in the future on your shipment via UPS whether or not an item is large or small. I don't have US Postal Service & I've had difficulty with suppliers wo don't allow me to specify shipping method.

I contacted the merchant by phone, to ask some questions about the product. The person I dealt with, was very nice, and answered my questions very satisfactorily! The price for the item I purchased was very good, and shipping was free. I would definitely shop with the merchant again.

We orderd the West Bend 74706 toaster oven.  P.C. Richard had the lowest price, the shipping was free and the oven was shipped the next day. The oven arrived in two days in excellent condition.  We baked some bisciuts and oven performed perfectly.  We also baked some brownies and they came out perfect too.  We are very pleased!  Highly recommended seller.

I ordered Sony HDR-SR11 camcorder for $699.95 on 12/22/08 on their website. I called next day to get the status and CSR told me that it is backordered and will ship when it arrives. Next day my credit card was charged full amount. I called back on 12/29/08 to seek the status. CSR told me that this product is discontinued then I asked the reason for charging my cc. He is saying that my card needs to be charged to get the product from manufacturer once it arrives they will ship it to me. That is bad practice. This is my first and last purchase from them. I asked them to cancel my order. I will wait and see for the refund.

The equipment did not work. The package itself was in excellent condition, but there was an internal problem. After contacting HP tech support I was informed to send it back to P.C. Richard. I followed the instructions on the website, received authorization to return almost immediately, printed the UPS label and received full credit to my account within a very short period. It is unfortunate that the equipment was defective, but the service I received was exceptional.

I have never shopped P.C. Richard&Son before and didn't know what to expect. I should have expected the "very best" because that is exactly what I received, from their customer service, to placing an order, to receiving my Microwave. Courtesy, Knowledge, Helpfulness, the best price anywhere and free shipping all the way to Connecticut. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Price was best when considering price tax shipping, and transaction was all as expected, no problems, no delays. Only (very) minor issue was that I could not figure out long it would take to receive the item in advance of placing the order. Would be nice to get estimated delivery dates before choosing shipping method or even placing the order. In fact it DID turn out to be reasonable ship dates, etc, but would be nice to know sooner in the process.
