This company was a nightmare!  I ordered an advertised WindowsXP tablet laptop.  I received a laptop that supposedly had Vista replaced with WindowsXP because the merchant was "out of stock" of the advertised product (which they were still advertising).  The tablet function was inoperable.  The merchant agreed to repair the unit.  What I received in return was a refurbished, scratched unit.  I had to get my credit card company involved to get the merchant to take the unit back.  The merchant kept approximately $600 in restocking/shipping fees.  I would not recommend purchasing anything from this disreputable merchant.  (This merchant is a division of Microleague, Inc.)

Web site offered FREE shipping on orders greater than $1000 and shipping weight UNDER 119 pounds. (Checked fine print, too.) Not a problem until I attempted to receive credit for the erroneous shipping charge. Customer service was courteous but absolutely without authority to do ANYTHING. Asked to speak to owner or anybody with authority. "Ned" was available to the store's service reps but not to customers. Bottom line for the shipping charge was: "that's what FedEx charged us to ship the package." Seriously, not kidding. Duh! IT SAID FREE SHIPPING AND I JUMPED THRU ALL THE HOOPS.

Buyer beware of dishonest, bate and switch, retailers.

I have tried to find out the status of my order via e-mail, order status, phone, etc. The only person I have been able to reach was through your sales dept. I talked to someone named Ivan OR Ervin briefly. He could tell me nothing about my order status, and hurried me off the phone after he informed me he was hungry and had not eaten. I asked how his hunger had anything to do with my order. Today-Saturday I called for hours during your Saturday business hours and was told all day during your Saturday business hours that you were closed. ARE YOU ALL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL? If anyone there gives a ****, if I had the chance to cancel my order now I would. But I was told my order was shipped however I have no tracking #. MY ORDER (OF WHICH I WOULD STILL LIKE THE STATUS OF) IS # 69544. I HAVE PAID $55O, via my mastercard and have no word of my order. I'm starting to wonder if and when I call the authorities. I ordered a custom Fujitsu Lifebook T4215 adding a modular bay battery to my order. On my quote and my sales receipt under "description" it lists my customized order accurately including the words "modular battery". The battery didn't come with computer and after some ridiculous conversation with PcSuperDeals trying to get out of sending it to me, the owner Ned sent me an E-Mail telling me I'm not getting the battery and it was only listed as an option. What a scam! Why would they list an option on my invoice under item Description? Why would their own customer service people say "yea you were supposed to get a bay battery.... We'll have to find out why Fujitsu didn't send it". Do not trust this company, they lied to me and deceived me. I always get everything in writing before buying on the internet, but even that won't work if a company is willing to blatantly ignore their agreement. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Greg

First time I've ordered from this site. Good price on items ordered. I received free shipping because order was more than $1000.00. Items arrived via ground shipping in good order 4 days after placing order. I had a little problem with with the free shipping while ordering online. I e-mailed costumer service. Problem was quickly taken care of to my satisfaction. Very good service. Will use PCSuperDeals again.

These guys are bad new - they have been unable to deliver working goods and unwilling to take back defective ones.

We ordered four pieces of equipment from Micro League - expedited delivery. Only 2 arrived - we had to argue with them for a week before they figured out the warehouse never sent half the order. The finally sent the remaining two pieces of equipment (without compensation for shipping costs). On arrival only one item worked. They would not ship us a new item immediately (remember we had wanted this expedited) but said they would only provide a replacement once we had gone through the RMA process and they had the equipment back. They failed to send the RMA information but told us to ship it back anyway - which we had to do at our own expense. Their warehouse then refused the package and sent it back to us... The saga continues - we are cancelling payment and just trying to get rid of the hardware....

I called and spoke with two salespeople and confirmed they had the Ipaq hw6945 in stock. It took two times because the first guy hung up on me. I ordered it and an hour or so later they told me they wouldn't be able to ship until next week when they arrived. I then cancelled my order and ordered from another company who did have them. But now I can't order anything because they charged my card when they didn't even have the item in stock and now I'll have to wait days to get my money so I can order one and they are selling out everywhere. I wish they wouldn't have lied to me in the first place just to get my money.

They had the lowest price, which said it included shipping of $5.36. But after I went through the entire order process, the cheapest shipping, 4-5 day ground, was $8.31. I think this is a bit of FALSE ADVERTISING, just to display the lowest price.

Very honest sales reps. Not only was my account rep knowlegable and informative, he was able to offer me free shipping since my order was above $1000. I ordered a printer since PCSuperDeals had the lowest price and received the best service I have ever encountered on the web. The printer was damaged in the shipping by FedEx. PCSuperDeals picked it up from me at no charge and shipped me a replacement the same day. I got the tracking information and my printer the following day. Exceptional customer service, I will purchase from PCSuperDeals again.

Hated everything about deal: 1) lied 2) no response unless I called 3) Sold my item to someone else 4) Wouldn't credit my credit card 5) mailed "hand written check" that was HOT! DETAILS: I called & ordered item. Got "in stock" confirmation & PO No. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Called twice more and got run around. Finally someone told me that they had sold my item to someone else and item was on back order. Stated they would immediately ship item before the end of the week. End of the week I called again & was told item was shipped. 2 weeks later I was informed (after 4 phone calls) the items that came in were marked for other customers waiting ahead of me. I demanded my credit card be credited. 2 weeks later, I got a "hand written" in the mail written on an unknown bank in CA. I had to send the check thru twice (costing $20 in bank fees) before it finally cleared. The absolute worst experience I've encountered purchasing a simple piece of electronic gear.

Order part on PCSuperDeals, paid via paypal for a part listed as in stock (5) on the site and the price was $487.34. They called me the next day to let me know that the part was not in stock but it was now on order and that the price had jumped to $724.22, almost $300.00 overnight within a 12 hour period of purchase, and if I still wanted the processor I would need to pay the difference. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends, associates or businesses.

I ordered a printer from PCSuperDeals for a free ground delivery and received tracking information the following day. I live in NY and they are in CA, but still got my printer in only couple of days. I don't know how they got it to me so quickly, but I appreciate the fast service. I will certainly order from them again.

I ordered a Sony plasma TV on Sunday 6 June and received an order confirmation promptly. When I called them for a shipping confirmation on Wednesday 9 June I learned that the TV was not in stock. They promised to call back for further details but never did. When I called them again they tried to sell me another plasma TV for double the price. Therefore, I canceled the order and ordered the TV at another merchant.
