I ordered a ring on February 17th 2009, I paid an extra $20 for 2-3 day shipping. They are now telling me my ring is on backorder and I will not recieve it until after march 17th. There was never any indication the ring was on backorder when I purchased it. As a matter of fact it said it was in stock. I requested they refund my $20 for the shipping charges, and they refuse to do that. I am very unhappy with this company and refuse to buy another item from them. If they would refund my money now I would cancel my order and go elsewhere. Out of all the reviews I have read about this company 8 out of 10 have been negative. I wish I would have researched this company a little better before I made my purchase. Good luck to the next person who makes an order with Palm Beach Jewelry. I hope you get your money's worth.

I placed an order and got confirmation. After the order should have shipped, I then got a message that my credit card had been declined. (I checked and the card is valid). This means that they waited to even begin to process

The worst place to shop online and the quality of the product sucks. I had to order twice as the first order was cancelled because the shipping address and the billing address were different and the worst part is I wasn't even notified abt that. They say they would give you a call to verify, but they never do.
Because of the issue with the addresses, they put your order on "security hold" and there's only one person who can release it. Lucky for me, the person was on leave for 4 days. No one bothers to do they duty. Don't know why they even have a customer service department. Finally when my frind got the item(#43400) she was so disappointed. It does not look like the one online, no shine at all. looks kinda distorted. I'm trying to return it. |

I ordered a ring from PBJ on 6/3/2008.At the time I placed the order there was no idicationt he ring was on back order.I went into check my order status and that is the only time I found out.I didnt receive my ring until 3 mos later.PBJ promised to give my card a 10.00 credit which I have not received and offered to ship the ring 2 day,they shipped it standard.There is virtually ZERO customer service or concern whatsoever for customers...I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN |

I ordered from PBJ last week. I ordered a wedding band for my future husband on easy pay, which I loved the idea of payments. The day after I ordered I received a phone call from a customer service rep. making sure I was the one who ordered, which was nice. The ring came a few days later, and I was actually not to impressed with the quality of the 5mm band ring. It looked too much like a ladies ring and it was so thin. 14k gold. I ended up sending it back, because it was still too small for my future hubby. I called Customer Service after I got the ring and they were very nice. I dont know if I would order from this company again, I have been looking at ICE.com and they are more appealing.

I ordered a pen 3 months ago, I contacted them several weeks after the order, they said pen was back ordered and it would be 2 more months. I wait 2 more months and they tell me the pen is discontinued. I would not recommend Palm Beach. Poor service.

Well, I was interested in purchasing a pair of earrings (cubic zirconia princess cut drop earrings #31566). I simply emailed a question about the description of them (i.e. what size are they, length, etc.) and I never received a response. Therefore, I do not intend on buying any jewelry with Palm Beach Jewelry now nor ever. Thank you for NOT responding.
