Worst Customer Service, wont buy at eoutletmall again

I had bought a blood pressure monitor at eoutletmall. The customer service told me that they did not have stock so they had to back order, and i might get it in another couple of weeks. I waited for one month, did not get the product. I called the customer services and told them to cancel the order. I purchased the product in Linen & Things and left the country for a month. When i came back to USA, the product was delivered to my address. The representative never cancelled my order. I called them back and asked about it. They said they can refund for the product, but they would not pay for the shipping charges. I asked them whose fault it was, not to cancel the order. They said that they would not like to discuss it, all they could do is give refund if i send the product.

After looking at some of the negative reviews I was a bit worried. But the number of total reviews were not too many, so I figured this company must be new in business. I went ahead and ordered. I am happy I did. They had the best price. I saved a few

DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT MODEL NUMBER PHONE I ORDERED. AFTER USING BRIEFLY SOUND CLARITY ON PHONE WAS AWFUL. HAVE RETURNED ITEM AND I'M WAITING ON REFUND.

I recently bought a camera (refurbished) the camera should have been sold as a used camera since there were obvious scratches, dents and allot of use, but worse, no box, how am I supposed to give this as a Christmas gift without a box? it looks like something bought from a yard sale. I asked for a compromise by sending me a camera case for it, even go half on one but the answer was no. If this is the kind of customer loyalty they offer then they lost me as a customer for good, I will let the rest of the online community know my experience as well. Avoid this company!

A+ Store, Fast Shipping. Easy Ordering. Customer Service was nice too. Very Hard to find such a store with all these features.
