Personalization Mall

Horrible service and bad quality!!  I ordered a personalized frame for a wedding gift for my husband.  The frame was very unsymmetrical and uneven.  I sent them an email and had to argue and send many pictures before they agreed to replace it.  I just received the replacement and it's even worse.  They have an attitude, are unresponsive and definitely do not put the customers first.  The quality sucks, too.

Jean R with Personalization Mall.com called me when she read my poor review on the items I received Feb 09. She apologized for the situation, asked me to take a picture of the item and email to her. They had already replaced one of the  2 items. I emailed her the photo within a few hours. She then immediately shipped me a replacement. HORRIBLE customer service, they do not stand behind their product AT ALL.  I ordered an item of clothing from personalizationmall.com.  The 100% cotton item was see-through thin and probably won't last one washing.  I contacted customer service and they claimed they don't take returns.  I put up a fuss and they said they would return it for store credit after I shipped it back to them at my expense.  I complained a little bit more and got them to agree to credit my credit card back.  BUT they will only credit for the original purchase amount, you are not reimbursed for shipping at all.  <br><br>So, I spent almost $30 on an item and after all is said and done, will only be getting back $15.  TERIBBLE customer service from such a high-volume online retailer.  AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Did not recieve items I ordered. Had to continuously (initiate) contact with PM for an update, all they gave me was a canned response. They pretty much now have washed their hands of the whole matter and instructed me to contact UPS, leaving me out the items and my money.  I do alot of online shopping, never have I had customer service as bad as Personalization Mall.

This store is AWFUL. They do not stand behind their products. I ordered a pocket watch from them and the personalization looks horrible, and the watch is not what was pictured. Their stuff is very cheap quality yet it's expensive to buy. And the shipping charges are high. The customer service team is horrible to work with and of course nothing can be returned, which they dont say anywhere until you've bought some of their junk.

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews I've read. I've had great experiences with this company. I've ordered several items in the past an have always had fast shipping and have been happy with the quality. I recently purchased another item and when I saw shipping was taking longer than usual, I emailed customer service. I emailed them in the evening, and the following morning I received a personal response explaining the manufacturing time would be 3-5 weeks. My only complaint is that it would have been helpful to know this in advance, but since I don't need it in a rush, it's no big deal. It was just great to have a friendly response so quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend this company.

Very quick and professional. A currency convertor would be good though as I live in Australia and it is alsways goods to know the exact price not just in US currency.

The aging prescription came in the wrong name, the representative was very unfriendly when I called in about my problem. Received the corrected item way past the time frame needed. The bottle of wine came and the way the wrap met to display the greeting came together and ended with a seam right between all the wording down the front(Is that where it should be placed?) I also e-mailed customer service re: my first order & concerns with the representative but, I got no feedback. Again, will elaborate the old saying "first impressions" I am in business and my companys reputation speaks loudly, in todays crunching economy if your customer is not happy they are your buyer/marketing agent therefore to completely not acknowledge previous feedback,nor to rectify the wrong is an unacceptable business decision on your behalf. I feel the credit card should be reimbursed due to the fact that I was able to create the name to cover up the wrong name on the bottle that was first received so, when the second corrected shipment arrived I had no use for them also, The wine bottle was not given because it was completely unpresentable as a gift because of the seam. It is now sitting in my basement. I will be happy to ship these items back to you.

I bought this product for a gift to be sent out of town and the persons it was sent to are away from home so I have not heard from them as to whether they received it or not, but I am sure it has been delivered and is of excellent quality.
