I was looking for a certain shoe and I ended up finding it through shopping.com.  It send me to PlanetShoes.com and I am really happy they did.  I ordered Monday late in the day and it showed up Wednesday morning.  BTW, the shipping was free.

We have been extremely satisfied with the products and service of Planet Shoes. We have recently found a need to use Earth shoes because of the negative heal. Planet Shoes selection and speed of delivery have been outstanding. We particularly like being able to return shoes that don't fit or do not meet our expectations without question and free freight. That is uncommon in the on-line clothing industry.

I was blown away by PlanetShoes.com when I found them! They have an amazing selection of shoes and great prices. They are quick and efficient. I look forward to shopping with them again! I bought two pairs of shoes and received them in a few days. One pair I needed to return -- and without having to wait for weeks AND having to call them to follow-up my account was credited with the return!! I have recently ordered a number of Earth shoes from PlanetShoes. Some of the shoes worked out and others did not. The best part was the ease of returning the shoes to PlanetShoes. I logged in and printed a return slip, return label, and there is no fee. I always check for the Earth shoes on PlanetShoes because I know that there is a wide variety, the best price, and the easiest way to make a return. Love this way to shop! One time I needed to call customer service and they were extremely helpful in fixing the problem.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered shoes from them with no response, and after emailing and calling for over a week, they told me that they would send them. Then they said that the shoes were not actually available. Then, it took them over 3 more weeks, and many, many more phone calls they refunded my money. Then, I suggested that I deserved a FREE pair given my ordeal. They agreed, and I placed my free order. It's been 3 MORE weeks, and STILL NO SHOES.

Don't make the same mistake!!
