There was a manufacturer's issue with incorrect packaging. Both the mfg and PriceGuideNetwork.com were extremely responsive and the problem was rectified quicker than ever expected (less than 48hrs). WELL DONE.

I stumbled on this website and was not sure if it was for business only or consumer sales. I called the number on the site and spoke with a very courteous and knowledgeable young man who assured me I could buy at the price I found for a computer mouse I was looking for. I then looked to see if I wanted any other items and added two more to my cart to order. I found the shipping charge to be very reasonable, and placed my order on a Friday. I was totally shocked to have received the first item on Monday, with the other 2 arriving on Tuesday, very well packaged. Considering all the miles between us, I don't know how they did it. Got the item right away - but there was no confirmation of shipment or tracking information. I tried emailing them for more information but didn't get any reply. And best of all their total price with shipping was much lower then any other site I tried. It is refreshing to find a retail website not gauging customers with outrageous shipping. My TV arrived in perfect condition in just 3 business days which tells me they processed my order immediately. I couldn't be happier, and I'll be back!
