Buyer beware...they suck!  It took two managers, six days apart, to return and credit my jacket. 
I spoke to their customer service three times and got three different stories.  Then spoke to the manager Michelle, who needs to go back customer service 101.  She was very rude and grumpy!

Ordered over a grand worth of gear.  My order showed up one day earlier than they said it would (nice).  Very good website layout and lots of great stuff.  My order was correct when delivered.  You cant beat these prices!

Wrong size gloves were sent even though the invoice and my confirmation e-mail both listed the correct size of gloves. I'm now waiting for the correct size to be delivered. I hope they make it in time for Christmas.

Dear Proboardshop.com, I was recently upset with one of your products. Your Black Burton Beanie simply explained that "One size fits all" This was a lie. This Burton Beanie was extremely large and it didn't fit. I am very unhappy about this. I really would of liked to have owned a burton hat but now I had to give my hat away to my dad. I wish I really would of saved my money and bout elsewere. Like I said I was very upset I just paid $34.00 for a hat that I can not use. If this product wasn't so bad I was going to order my snowboard out of here. But knowing that this product was very unpleasing I think i'll take my money and buy it elseware.

my son found these shoes online and showed them to me. on that same web page by the picture of the shows was a tag that said "free shipping". based on the sale price and free shipping I agreed to purchase. But upon going thru the checkout, I discovered that it was NOT free shipping, unless I spent over $50. At this point I did not feel I could break my promise to my son, so I purchased anyway. But I will not purchase from Proboardshop.com again, because the advertising is misleading. However, the shoes arrived quickly and were exactly what my son wanted.

I have used this company before and had issues with product availability. When I finally gave up and just ordered the board from Proboardshop and the boots and bindings from someone else things eventually worked out. This year I started after Christmas with the idea that I would avoid the whole Christmas rush and found and ordered everything online. My son was very excited about the free sungalasses that were coming with the board. We ordered forum boots, board, grenade gloves, and Spy goggles. After placing the order and waiting I got a phone call telling me that the board was not in stock. So after school I broke the news to my 15 year old son who was very upset. His school Snowboard club with nightpasses paid for in November were going to their first slopes Jan. 8th.the only thing that got him through Christmas was disappearing in front of his eyes. I got on the phone and started calling every ski/snowboard shop near York,PA and as far as Baltimore, Md. I was blessed to find everything he wanted at Ullers Snow and Canoe shop in Dallastown,PA I spent a little more,but I was so happy that I was able to keep my promise to my son. As far as honestly using your shop again I would have marked maybe,but that option wasn't offered. I will add that the customer service attendants that I spoke with were very kind, honest and respectful. I know it's hard to tell a potential customer 'No' but they both did it with grace. That is why I may in fact use Proboardshop.com again. Sincerely. Joan.

We were disappointed that the originally ordered product was not available - but it is December! Someone personally called me and offered the same boots in a different color. I then started to worry about the delay, tho he said it would go out that same day. We were amazed when it arrived only 2 days later!! Will definitely recommend them to others!
